      I own a 2018 Nissan Maxima and I purchased both a trunk driver side and passenger side tail light fixture. The driver side don't work but the passenger side does. The new passenger side fixture works just fine. I installed both but had to reinstall the old driver side fixture because that one still works but I have standing water in the fixture. Both of the old fixtures have water in them but the right wasn't working at all. That's the main reason why I wanted to change them both. Initially, I was just going to buy the right side but I got both because I wanted both to be new. When I contacted JPAuto, they only responded during the over night hours, 2 and 4 in the morning. They're telling me I may have installed them wrong and I should take it to a mechanic and a bunch of other nonsense. Keep in mind, the passenger side work but the driver side doesn't. I put the old original fixture back on and that worked fine with the water still in it. I've sent them pictures and everything of both the old and new fixtures installed so they'll know that I know how to install a fixture my little cousin could've done. All I want is the money back for that fixture and they clearly don't want to give it back. I have the fixture packed and ready to be shipped but they're not giving me the return information!! PLEASE HELP!!!

      Finally delivered my mirror. Received it and it is the wrong order and doesn’t fit my car. I really needed this mirror and they wont allow me to return or file for a refund anytime I contact them i get no response or answer. I need my money back asap. I then looked up JP auto contact and when i found it i found a page of multiple customer’s complaints stating they spent hundreds of dollars and never received their orders and cannot get in contact with them aswell.

      I ordered a pair of headlights for my 2001 Buick LeSabre. The company listed the lights as fitting LeSabres years 1907 through 2005. Shipping was prompt but when I opened them, they were not compatible with mine. I contacted them through their website (there was no phone number found) and I was sent a return label via *****. In that process, I found that I was only going to be refunded $75 of the $105 that I had spent. There was no reference to any restocking fees and the liability was purely the company's. I feel I should get the full cost refunded. I have sent multiple emails and have gotten no response. Very disappointed and conclude that this is a very poor company to do business with. I will not repeat.

      JP Auto did not disclose that the taillight for the 2006-2011 Kia Sedona did not fit all 2011 Kia Sedonas and did not state it was halogen vs. LED. This deceptive description led us to purchase and receive the wrong product. They would not refund our purchase price completely and tried to charge an exorbitant amount for return shipping to their facility. We paid $9.99 to have it shipped to us. They were asking $17.27 to have it shipped back to them. They finally agreed to a refund price of $88.65, but the time limit they gave after numerous back and forth e-mails did not work for us because we were on vacation. As soon as we came back, we shipped the part back to them and the tracking shows they received it. We have never received a refund. They are a very shady business and should not be allowed to continue to operate. Because of all the trouble, I would like our entire $98.64 to be refunded to my account.

      I order some headlights for my car its say delivered nothing was delivered no working number trying to contact someone to see what do I need to do reagarding to not receiving my product

      I purchased a pair of headlights for a 2005 Mini Cooper from JP Auto. After about a month the passenger light started working intermittently, then failed altogether shortly after. This wouldn't be an issue as the parts were said to have a 90 day return policy and a 1 year warranty. However JP Auto will not honor this warranty. It took many tries just to get in touch with someone through email. They then proceeded to ask a multitude of needless questions such as who did the install, have I made sure it was the right part, and if I have looked up a part at my local dealership with my VIN number to see if it is a match. After responding to their questions with a clear and concise email regarding exactly how the part failed and what my options were, they have ignored me and will not respond to inquiries about how to handle this situation. All I would like is a refund for faulty parts but they will not honor the warranty the site claims their parts have. There is no *working* phone number to call and talk to anyone, and frankly at this point I would happily pay a higher price for the same part just to have some support behind the product. Needless to say, if this issue can be resolved, JP Auto will never have my business again.

      An agreement has been reached between the company (JP Auto) and I outside of the BBB complaint I have filed. I am unsure if it was because of the complaint that they reached out to me, but they agreed to send me a replacement for the defective part that I received from them. If possible, this complaint can now be marked as resolved.

      I filed a previous complaint about JP AUTO regarding a defective headlight they sold me. They said they would send a refund check and have not done so. JP AUTO ORDER #******.

      I purchased a transmission on 6/15 and was told it would be brought today and it did not. I asked for the shipping number and was told there is none because a driver will bring it. I have been lied to and my money has been stolen from these thieves. The rep I worked with goes by ********************* with the email address ******************** I have been scammed. The charge on my card is even from CA under a different name but they said they are based in **. Someone is lying. This needs police attention. Shut this business down!
