    Do not buy anything from these people. Their work is truly garbage. They send the product without an address for the simple fact that you cannot send it back. I asked them for a physical address and theyve never sent me one so I cant send anything back. I cannot use the product because they do not know how to do anything. Their work is truly garbage. *** community do not purchase anything from these people.

    Ordered a mirror for my truck that cost $47.64 + $9.99 shipping for a total of $57.63. The mirror was shipped in the flimsiest cardboard box you have ever seen with no bubble packaging. Just the mirror in the box. So, of course it arrived broken. I would say that whoever shipped my mirror intentionally did it this way so that it would be broken or even more likely is that JPAuto simply sent me an already damaged mirror. They will only refund me $29.02 of the amount spent AND I have to pay to ship it back. AND it will take four weeks to process the refund. It isn't even worth my time to get the refund -- and they know this. I also believe, based on other reviews, this is how they operate their business.I would say that the customer service, website layout, and this return policy, quite easily the worst autoparts company I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE.

    Showed 3 day shipping by ***** when I placed order. 5 days later, tracking says preparing order for dispatch. Found 3 different contact numbers. 2 go straight to voicemail and 1 is constant busy signal. Have sent 2 emails, 1 as a reply to order confirmation and one as "contact" on business site. No Response Yet. Don't Purchase Anything from this company. They have 1 more day to make this right or I'm just going to file a fraudulent charge with my bank !!! Ridiculous

    Ordered headlights, site stated when they would be delivered. 2 days after that date and no package, I contact via email to ask why my order still says to be processed and learn that it has not even been processed. Emailed back for 3 straight days telling them to cancel the order. The first day they replied with a return shipping labelfor a package they had not yet even printed a shipping label for. 3rd day they finally replied with sorry, we already shipped. They said they could not cancel the order at that point, but ***** said they could indeed. I refused the package upon delivery and had it sent back. Im still waiting on a refund. About to file a fraud claim with ******. No wonder these guys are not accredited.

    I ordered a headlight right before June, the problem wasnt with the merchandise, it was with the owner. ***** delivered my package to the wrong house. I had the right address and so did they, they just delivered it to the wrong door. I have a ring camera and the door in the proof of delivery picture was not my door! Right when it was delivered not even 10 minutes after I emailed and called ***** and the owner of jp auto. ***** said there investigation was done and was accepted. They said contact the sender and get a refund or a replacement since EVERY PACKAGE has insurance. He stopped replying to my emails, responded to my dispute when I disputed it because he wont respond to me and no Im on the screwed end. ***** admitted they delivered it to the wrong house on the phone with me! The owner needs to learn how to run a business and stop stealing from customers. Karma ***** JP of **

    I ordered the wrong headlight for my car. I immediately looked for a number to call and cancel the item, I noticed the address where to send the wrong part was incorrect also. There was no phone number to contact immediately. I immediately emailed them to tell them That I ordered the wrong part and emailed again for the address. They did not respond until the next day (today) saying they shipped the order already. So I cant return something that isnt coming to my address. I cant dispute the charge until it appears (and it hasnt yet) . This is fishy. Never order from this company. I should have looked here first. I may be out $127 because of this shady company. WARNING ?? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ?? if I could leave a no Star I would ??

    I was ordering side view mirrors for my truck. I accidentally ordered 2 sets. I emailed them immediately and the responded the next day. They said the order was processed already. What they would do is send me the 1 pair. Then when I received them to contact and they would issue a credit back to my card. I took them for their word. After 5 days worth of emails I had to dispute the over charge with the bank. They are bad business. I'll never buy another thing from them

    Ordered my item 2 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped it off nor replied to any of my emails. ************** Never again. Basically they have stolen my money.

    Careful with this business. Not the best dealer in the areaHe sold me a car with a broken seat belt and did not to reimburse me..that means they dont inspect their vehicles before selling.He also will attempt to make you sign up and agree to high interest rates on your loan so they can make more money off you..make sure you on your ******** Your registration fee is also not included at your initial Downpayment. So when you do collect your plate you will need to pay another 150-250$They also dont have most of the cars advertised online and or the car has been sold and will tell you come to the shop to try sell you something else. Be careful find you a better dealer. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
