This place is a complete fraud! They replaced my transmission on my 2014 Grand Cherokee and ** compressor. I got my car back and and my ** is worse than before I brought it to them. My front end stared trembling all of a sudden when I drive about 60 mph as well. I took ot back to them and they say I must have hit something although, i didnt hit anything before they got the car so how is that poasible. Also told me my drive shaft is out of balance but they dont do that kind of work. I just took my truck elsewhere and the ** compressor was either not changed or replaced with a used one. They didn't put 1 of the screws in my drive shaft and my car is leaking oil and they didn't say anything about that. It's leaking from the oil filter housing which is not their fault, but the fact that they didn't tell me is what's crazy. They were paid almost 3k by my warranty company and now I have to have someone else clean up their mess! Not to mention, they had my truck for weeks each time. They know NOTHING about cars and if I'd paid out of pocket for these repairs, I would sue them. The warranty company is getting the report from the new mechanic and will more than likely go after them anyway. AAMCO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CARS!

I took my car in for a pretty hefty repair to AAMCO ******, ** on July 24th. Hoping it would just be a few hundred dollar fluid and filter change, it turned out to be a need for a transmission rebuild. July 26th I receive a phone call saying that we are all squared away and that my car should be all set in 5-7 days. July 31st After getting voicemail and messages saying Ill get back to you I received NO communication. Finally, I decide to go to the shop to see whats up and ** told it wont be done until the end of the week. I get back from the tour and still havent received any communication. I finally get in touch with the person in the office on Tuesday, August 6. They inform me that they are JUST STARTING TO WORK ON MY VEHICLE! This is now at least three days after it was meant to be done! Im told it should be done by the end of Wednesday. Because of this, I had to cancel an afternoon performance on Wednesday that would have paid me $300. I communicate via message on Wednesday about my need to have my vehicle on Thursday for a performance out of state. Im being told now that it should be done by Thursday morning. It still needed to be programmed. Again, this was a vehicle that should have been ready to pick up on Monday August 5th according to their timeline. They said they would contact me at 10am on Thursday morning. Today is Thursday August 8th. 10am has come and gone. No communication. I contact them at 12:40pm. They tell me that my car will not be ready. They still need to program the car. I had to find a replacement for my show, losing me $1,000 and possible future contracts. Their communication has been deplorable and the only thing that they have offered me as a free oil change. An oil change that I could get at my normal location for less than $60. Does that make up for the week of stress along with the $1300 in lost income?

Brought car to Aamco Aug 2022 to have a/c + trans fixed, struts replaced. Over past 10 months, a myriad of other items were also worked on out of "necessity" in order to get the car running. To date, the only work that's been done correctly is struts. A/C took 3 return visits. Everything else, is still up in the air. Aamco has literally had the car for 4 months out of 10. I've spent over $10K with them. Every time I get car back, check engine light comes on within a day or two. Items they "fix" are never working correctly. When I question, I'm told add. work needs to be done. Most recently, they wanted me to spend another $6K. Since trans was changed, winter mode doesn't work, 4 wheel drive had to be repaired by ****** and car now has massive electrical issues it didn't have before. Electrical issues are evident in many different ways. 1 of which is the transmission banging violently when car makes a hard turn or car randomly turning off -- not stalling, turning off. Turn the key and it usually starts right back up. After having ***** look at the car twice, Aamco agreed to fix the problems. ****** assured me he would send the car to ***** at his expense if necessary to make things right. After Aamco had the car for yet another full month in June, I picked it up *************. Note: I had to follow-up with them to see if the car was ready. As of right now, the winter mode still doesn't work and the check engine light just came back on after less than 25 miles. ************* the paperwork I was given simply indicates "courtesy check". The person at the desk couldn't tell me what exactly was done to the car. I was handed the keys and sent on my way. The mileage in and out is exactly the same and I'm wondering if anything at all was done other than holding onto the car for 1 more month. They're great @ taking money, putting you off, keeping the car for extended periods of time, + not sticking to timelines. Absolutely awful @ communications + actually fixing your car.

I had my car towed to this location on October 19. **** told me it would be 5 business days to complete the rebuild on my transmission. He was initially very helpful and accommodating including applying a military discount and letting me pay my balance over the phone without the extra fee which I was extremely grateful for. I called on day 5 and ******* said there was a delay so it would be 2 more days. I asked if I could be contacted if there would be any more delays because I was renting a car and needed to know in advance. Both **** and ******* assured they would call and never did throughout the whole process. I called on day 7 and I was told 10 days. Called on day 10 and there was another delay. I was also told that the tech that had been working in my car got COVID. Long story short I got my first call November 11 to say my car was ready after 13 business days. I understand delays happen but to not provide updates to your customers is bad customer service. When I went to pick up my car I spoke with ******* who once again said someone would call me to follow up. That was 4 days ago and no one has called. I called today and she essentially had no idea what I was talking about as if I didnt speak to her about this when I picked my car up so clearly she never relayed my concerns to anyone. On top of that, the documents in my glove compartment were hanging out, my driver door and floor were extremely dirty, and my rear leather seats had oil/grease stains plus they were scratched up and dented from what looked like heavy objects being transported in my backseat. After being told that someone working in my car had COVID and it clearly not even being wiped down afterwards is crazy. **** came out to wipe the back seat for me but said he didnt know how it happened. I took pictures of everything as proof. I was so happy to do business here initially but, once they get your payment, customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend. Still havent gotten a callback
