    On February 29, 2024, my 2023 Pathfinder was brought for a rattling issue that was covered under warranty. After having the car for six days and not being able to fix the issue they created a case with Nissan Corporation (case # *********. I was told an expert would come to diagnose and fix the issue. I have called the dealership numerous times since and have even asked for the general manager of the dealership. The company refuses to respond to my inquires, the service manager has never returned a single call. My new car continues to have an issue and at a loss on how to get this issue corrected. I also wrote to Nissan corporate on May 15, 2024, about this issue and they have not responded either. I'm attempting to escalate with the BBB before seeking legal recourse. The dealership went through an ownership change during this period, but my experience was the same with both old and new ownership. They simply refuse to return phone calls and provide any type of update on the status of my case.

    The 2021 Nissan Altima I bought here in April 2023 is lovely. She looks great and runs beautifully. I have no regrets in purchasing her. I just wish I had purchased her somewhere else. The post-sales service has been atrocious.Today I took my car to my local mechanic for a tire rotation. He explained that he could not perform the tire rotation because we did'nt have the wheel lock socket needed to remove the wheel locks. My previous car didnt have this feature, so I had no idea a lock socket was needed. After helping me rip my car apart for an hour, he recommended I reach out to the dealership and ask for the lock socket which should have been included when I purchased the car.I reached out to Route 10 Nissan and initially spoke with the receptionist and new car sales manager, who both acted like I was an inconvenience. I just got a call from ***** the used car sales manager. Instead of offering a new set of wheel locks and a matching wheel lock socket (as I requested), he was only interested in why I was bringing my car elsewhere for maintenance and not to Route 10 Nissan. If you bring it to us for service, we can work out a deal and include the lock socket at a reduced cost when we do your tire rotation. After explaining that I would not buy anything from them that should have been included with the vehicle, he insinuated that I had LOST the lock socket! Well, its been three months, I dont know what you did with it. Its been more than a month. Instead of doing a courtesy to a new customer who just bought a $20K+ vehicle, they're refusing to supply me with the $80 wheel lock and screws I need and should've been given from the beginning. Now I have to pay almost $300 at a different dealer to fix their mess. The outright lack of concern or understanding from **** was truly baffling. I will never recommend or support this dealership again. Be prepared to be treated like a piece of dookie once the dotted line has been signed and the transaction is over.
