On February 29, 2024, my 2023 Pathfinder was brought for a rattling issue that was covered under warranty. After having the car for six days and not being able to fix the issue they created a case with Nissan Corporation (case # *********. I was told an expert would come to diagnose and fix the issue. I have called the dealership numerous times since and have even asked for the general manager of the dealership. The company refuses to respond to my inquires, the service manager has never returned a single call. My new car continues to have an issue and at a loss on how to get this issue corrected. I also wrote to Nissan corporate on May 15, 2024, about this issue and they have not responded either. I'm attempting to escalate with the BBB before seeking legal recourse. The dealership went through an ownership change during this period, but my experience was the same with both old and new ownership. They simply refuse to return phone calls and provide any type of update on the status of my case.

I tried to contact them without availability, and I am frustrated. I left them a message, which I printed and saved, to contact me via email; that way, everything is in writing, and they do not get in touch with me. I want to return the car and get my money back.I have all the emails before the deal, and what I get after two or three hours is the typical switch and bait. They had a different car ready, and when I asked to get the vehicle I wanted, **** said that I wasn't approved for that vehicle but did charge me the same amount, and I didn't read the bunch of documents since it was 8:00 PM and they all want to go home.Twenty days later, the *** DMV tells me they haven't received any documents from Route 10 Nissan. I am getting ************************ phone number, and I am going to tell him and the *** Attorney what a nightmare is doing business with you guys; sleeky lied on the deal, took advantage, and added $8,000 in fees (according to **** who called me crying to give him a good review after he screws me up) which I did sent him a message since I felt he was going to lose his job. I tried to contact ***************************** via phone, but there was no response. Today, I am contacting an attorney to see if I can get this car back to you and get my money back. I had never, ever dealt with someone like these crooks, liars. I want my money back or a response from The *** of Route 10 Nissan. I want either the general manager or the *** to explain to me why is it that the sales guy never answers. The bank is already asking me for a payment, and I want to pay the bank in full or get the car back and my money back. Otherwise, I am going public with this BS.

I purchased a Nissan Rogue 2021 from Nissan World of Denville in December 2020. They gave me a vehicle registration card for my card, which I thought meant that they registered with the **** When I went to renew my registration (it expires at the end of 1/2022), the *** told me that my license is not registered with the car. I paid a fee to have the dealership register my car, but it never got registered. I shouldn't have to wait in line at the *** to register my vehicle since it should have been registered when I bought the vehicle. I would like for Nissan World of Denville to register my car. I have spoken with Nissan Corporation and my case number with them is ********.
