      I have recently purchased a Casio G-Shock G-LIDE GBX-100NS-1JF, which is advertised as water-resistant up to 20 bars. However, I was surprised to find that water had entered the watch after simply washing my hands. Given the stated water resistance rating, this should not have ************** is still under warranty and Casio has received a watch with the receipt showing date of purchase was within one year. However Casio sent a repair bill for $130 (when original price of the watch was $150) and would not honor the warranty period or the fact that the watch is defective.

      the customer ********************** horrible on every level . i have been trying to return a brand new mudman gshock purchased 3/16/23 for two weeks now because it arrived with dust particles under the case glass. theyve left me in the dark . ******************* responded like a week later,said she would send me a shipping label for return but never did and still hasnt responded to my request/following up of return/shipping label. this has been a two week ordeal and has now turned into pulling teeth with this company. buyer be aware that if purchasing through casio and you have an issue , good luck trying to get through to their next to non existent customer ********************** . this will be my last ever casio purchase. makes me wonder how many other folks out there have been through this , my guess would be a lot more than i can imagine . shame on casio.

      right , that was after two weeks of trying to get in contact via email and then having to call only to get ahold of the same representative who was originally assisting me through email then disappeared/stopped responding to emails. at this point as much of a hassle this has been for a simple fix/horrible customer ********************** and bad reviews ive read across the internet about casio *** in ********** regarding cs and repairs makes me want to avoid/chancing any future dissapointment/regret/cs hassle /wasted time . im better off keeping the watch and getting dust particle removed when its time to swap batteries. will be my last purchase on a casio watch since customer ********************** and return policies are so bad @ casio ***

      My shipment had no watch inside ***** box was nice and tight know one tampered with it. I spoke to customer ********************** and they told me I have to wait for manager. That was yesterday they made me take so much pictures of the box. I ask to speak to a manager again and they told me Monday mind you I was asking since delivery came which was yesterday I call back and the guy had an attitude no updated emails or contact with Casio I just want a refund after all this c***

      I attempted to buy a watch as a birthday gift, I accidently ordered 2. When i noticed the error 5 minutes after placing the order I called Casio to attempt to change the order and was informed that that was not an option. I then asked to cancel the order and they told me that was also not an option. The informed me that I would have to pay for the two watches, and then when got them in the mail, I would have to return one with shipping paid for at my expense. Absolutely unacceptable as the order had not even fully processed yet. Literally 5 minutes after placing the order. Awful customer ********************** policies and I have no intentions of buying again.

      I have bought a number of Casio watches in the past but would never consider buying another after the following experience: I bought an inexpensive sport watch and the wrist band ripped after only about 20 normal uses over two months. I called and got a nice, helpful service rep, but she checked and reported back to me that Casio would not replace the watch or even send a replacement band, and that Casio would repair it only for a repair charge. The fact that the watch was almost new made no difference because Casio decided that I must have tightened the band too much. Of course, Casio didn't ask me before reaching this conclusion how tight I wore the band. So they just blew me off. It seems nearly impossible that a business would anger and lose a customer when the wholesale cost to ********************** of making things right might have been less than $10. But that's the decision Casio made. After this experience, I noted that there are other reviews out there critical of Casio watch bands. I will steer way clear of this company in the future for inexpensive or expensive watches. There are plenty of other brands.
