0 star. This is a rip-off place. We've contacted the gold medal services by their phonr number on the website, and later someone from this office called back, offering to waive the diagnostic charge, "because we rather have your business". The scheduled technician arrived, standing there but not doing any checking of the thing that needs to be repair, telling us they don't even give a quote to repair it but just to replace the whole thing, and the prices he mentioned is at least twice more.We had water heater problems and the water heater gives self diagnostic flash codes, so in fact no diagnostic needed. The person who called yesterday asked many detail questions about it, and told us the fixing/repairing can range from just cleaning the gas valve to replace the gas valve, "they may also give you a quote to change the water heater but it's not necessary". Yet when the technician showed up, (looking very disshelved for a morning appointment, and most likely physically incapable to do the job), just standing there and giving some ridiculous comments and quotes without doing anything.Sort the ****** reviews by lowest ratings, it's about the same, giving out outrageous quotes.Gold Medal Service

The company booked and confirmed my appointment. Then the day of, they unexpectedly cancelled stating that they had conditions about the number of stories of my residential unit that they didnt tell me about the day they booked my appointment. I want to warn others of this company and its disingenuous booking practices.Gold Medal Service

We had an issue where our old kitchen faucet completely broken off its base plate on the countertop and were in need of a quick fix. After some research my Dad came across Gold Medal Service. He called them on Tuesday and by late Saturday morning they had a plumber (***** Holdz) out to our house. By late afternoon ***** installed a new faucet, and new service lines (hot & cold), and new shutoff valves under the sink. We supplied the faucet and ***** was able to supply us with the lines and shutoff valves at a reasonable rate. ***** worked directly with my Dad and was an absolute professional. He was knowledgeable, informative and very knowing of his craft, his work was neat and perfection. As quote from my Dad, give ***** a big raise, he is deserving.Gold Medal Service

I scheduled a maintenance in June which got canceled, rescheduled in July and got canceled, rescheduled in August and 8-12 time frame went to 2pm. The technician was very friendly and efficient. All checked out and off he went to his next appointment. Thank you gold medal for your maintenance.Gold Medal Service

This company uses data spy methods on your personal device to start sending you unrequested marketing text messages. As soon as you block it, they send it from another number. Their call center states it's removing you, but it never fixes the issue. I tried to ask for a marketing rep to call to no avail. Moments later, they texted me again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not care about their brand or future customers. Steer clear from this marketing disaster.Gold Medal Service
