On 05/15/2024, I retained counsel from **** Law Firm concerning a simple traffic matter. A court date was issued to me in which I could not attend due to previously planned out of country travel. I informed the offices of **** Law (specifically Jeff and Stephanie) to contact the prosecuting courts to reschedule my court date in which they requested airline ticket information so they can justify the rescheduling. I immediately emailed them the requested documentation ,06/03/2024. This is approximately 2 weeks prior to original court date. After returning to the United States, to my dismay, I received a letter from the courts stating that i missed my court hearing and was found guilty, 07/01/2024. I contacted the offices and spoke to Stephanie to see what happened to my rescheduling request. Stephanie gave me the run around and eventually told me their was miscommunication within their office and they apologize. I have yet spoken to an actual attorney at this point. I demanded that I speak to the attorney that was representing me in which Mary Lenti ( BAR # ******, The Lenti Law Firm LLC) reached out to me. after expressing my anger and disappointment in their services, she accepted responsibility and reassured me that she will fix everything for me. To my dismay yet again, Mary missed the 30 day appeal cutoff time. Mary informed me that she would somehow magically appeal the verdict even though it was pass the appeal timeline. I received multiple notices in the mail stating that I need to pay fees/fines and that if I do not, a warrant will be issued for my arrest. This was very alarming so I forwarded the notices to Mary in which she told me to ignore the notices and that she in the process of "fixing everything". Mary has then created fictitious documents stating that it was from the ***** county Court of Common Pleas that my original charge was downgraded. The court verified that it was not from them. I have yet to receive a refund or speak to the head Attorney.

I retained **** Lenti for a case over a year ago. She took $1000 from me and ignored me for over 12 months. We texted and called and went to her office and she always ignored me. She has prior complaints against her from multiple people. She takes peoples hard earned money and ignores you. She is a thief. I called her off a different phone number and she promised to send me a refund since she did not do any work on my case and now she is once again ignoring me.
