      I was overcharged over $200 for their perks program. I've been jerked around since November 5, 2022. They owe me money and are ruining my credit with false charges and have promised a refund since then with no refund yet. I have spoken with at least 3 supervisors who have promised to fix the problem to no avail. I closed my account and was promised my refund would be applied to my account and a refund of anything left would be returned to me.

      I was being charged on my credit card $14.95 /month for what they told me was a rewards program that i never signed up for and had no knowledge of. This monthly charge started before January 2022. I can only go back on my credit cards beginning on January 19 2022. It began before that. I am asking for a full refund, from the month it started. There is no rewards program that I am aware of. I bought a couple of individual items over the years. This is a total scam.

      I placed an order for a pair of sneakers, 3 towels sets and sent a check ******. Two of the towels sets were cancelled but only sent me a check for *****. I have contacted them twice and sent a copy of my check. They sent a letter back saying they had to have a copy of the back of the check, which I sent weeks ago but haven&#**;t heard back.

      Nov 20, 2022 placed order with Dr. Leonard doe 4 pair of booties in 4 differebt colors brown, black blue and plun (They are a short boot) and 1 pair of fleese lined leggins. Upon confirmation said all was available now. About a month later I received 2 pair black booties and the blue. I had to return one black and said I would be credited for them. Still don't know if I was or not. Other items didn't come I call them about 3 weeks later got the brown ones and the leggins. As of today Jan 9, 2023 no plum booties. I called 3 times today said they would check where they are only to be disconnecte. Called back 4th time asking for supervisor ask for my phone number I said you don't need phone number for supervisor to be disconnected again. Just want my shoes then done with this company.

      Looking into your order ********* placed 11/20/2022, I show a pair of the booties refunded on 12/12/2022. All refunds are processed back to form of payment, your refund posted to Visa ****. Within 3-5 business days from 12/12 you should see the refund on your bank statement.

      Regarding your return, it shows it was processed on 1/9/2023, our previous agents were unable to provide this info since it was just processed. The exchange was done and is preparing for shipping as on today 1/10/23.

      As of now your refund has been processed, and missing booties were processed today. If you have further concerns, please let us know.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Yes, this issue was resolved.  I received my shoes yesterday. Hopefully they don't charge me for them as this was just supposed to be an exchange for the wrong color they sent in Nov.  I returned them and they said they would exchange them for the right color, but they wouldn't do that till I contacted BBB.

      This is your second case opened, and it's connected to the same issue, previous case number is Case# ********.
      You were replied to back on 8/26/2022 regarding the migration issue that caused a delay and transfer issue to a payment you made with us. From there you started to email us directly instead of through the BBB, it was multiple emails back in forth where it ended on 10/25/2022, stating you no longer wanted to be contacted by us.
      Again, this is not a fake account, you have one account with ********************** and one with Carol Wright. They share the same Credit line number but have different balances, payments, due dates. etc.As explained before your $60.00 payment was transferred to the wrong balance since our system had migrated to a new platform.
      We did correct this issue and was explained multiple times. *** Commodities is not attached to these accounts, their only connection is being under the same owner.

      You later contacted us to remove you from "The Wisconsin *********" this is not our catalog, nor are we associated with them in anyway. We replied to your email that you would be removed from our catalog not theirs.
      To be removed from The Wisconsin ********* you would have to contact them directly.
      We researched their info, The Wisconsin ********* *************.

      You were never lied too nor promised actions we were unable to complete, all of the information was provided.
      You did receive the product, which you verified, and payment was due for them.

      because in august I made a payment to ***************** for ***** dollars I thought it was settled but the Payment from my bank went to

      *** Commodities who bought ****************** so

      In Sept it was fixed then ******************* who is with *** sent me a bill for ***** so I stopped 

      paying because the fake account that ***************** started for me to up there sale so

      *** & Ameri Mart would buy them its not my

      fault & I tried working with them Im afraid to pay them with anything!!!This is right up there

      with Elder Abuse & Im sure Im not the only 

      Senior going through this. I have talked to my

      Attorney & I will go over this tomorrow & I have

      all the evidence.

      Your Carol Wright account was meant to be cleared once the balance transfer was processed, it was not processed under the third-party company who handles credits. We had this balance cleared as well current balance is now $00.00

      Your account ********* shows you called the Perks call center in September and were cancelled from the program. You had also requested to be refunded which we processed a refund of $269.10 to date, yet we were contacted that you had processed chargeback for $224.25.
      A refund is no longer eligible since a chargeback was processed with your bank.

      I have occasionally used the catalog Dr ******************** it is for seniors and shut ins for health products I used it in ****************************************************************** I ordered online. Usually used the phone line I always refused the perks program a $***** charge monthly for special deals since I did not know I was paying this. For almost 2 years or more a friend helped me find this charge. And I ask the program be canceled and a refund sent to me. The sent me $89.70 or so for 6 months refund and told me. Your loss . This is a scam against everyone It is not plain you are signing up for it I never ask for it I did not want the program. I am 67 plus No one would sign up for this program and not ever use it and pay a ***** charge every month I feel I am owed $160.00 or so. can you help me with this issue The phone number I have used is ************ or ************** to talk to them

When I noticed some of them Discover took them off!! But one lady from Discover went all the way back into my account and was being ripped off from this coming for so many years!!! I have never received anything from this company this is fraud!!!! The Total charge on my Discover card is ******!!!!! I had auto payments on my Discover card and paperless statements this is how they got away with frauding me!!! Now I locked my account and receive paper statements !!
