      One year ago we bought a top of the line refrigerator, ********. It broke in the second week. We purchased the warranty ****** / 3 yrs. The fridge is broken again. After throwing out hundreds in food we were told the service man would be out in 3 days, I waited all day no call no show. Called the next day and was told it will be over a week for the service guy to come out. The customer service department is rude, deceptive and uncaring. NEVER will o buy an ** product again. The worst !!!

      Don't upgrade with ** products. We got a washer and dryer set from them and have had nothing but issues with the dryer. It will not actually dry any of the clothes despite it indicating "complete". When we called **, their solution was to have us use the timed dry setting instead and when we did that, it will only run for about ***** minutes before "completing", despite being set to run for an hour. They have kicked the can down the road for scheduling a repair and make the process about as painful as possible where they will give you various troubleshooting steps, ones that take up to an hour, and then have you contact them back. From there, their staff will just repeat the process over, telling you to do the same steps again and again. My guess is this is what they train their staff to do to run the warranty out. Stick with one of the other brands out there if you want something that will actually work.**Edit to add, this product is less than a year old**

      ** Front load washing machine (Model# WM6500HWA) I dont even know where to begin with my experience, other than stay away from ** washer front loader. My dryer is fine, but this washer, this is the 2nd one which was a replacement and now the replacement is doing the same thing as the orginal one I bought. The ** certified tech started with the cord replacement, said our outlet needed replaced (which it did not) I had a electriction come out and check it out. Then ordered all the other parts the tech was told to order and it still is not working. Now on the 3rd attempt to fix and we are into this 2 months of NO washer. Ordering 1 last part (the only one left to replace) they need to try this before they deem it unrepairable. So frustrating when laundry is a daily job in most households. ** DO BETTER, BUILD BETTER AND STOP GIVING CUSTOMERS THE RUN AROUND. First washer I had for 1 year and thesecond one I had for 8 months. I will NOT buy and ** ever again!!!!

      Bought ** 20 cubic frg model # LTCS200220S/05 from ****** In Lowes on April 2, 2024. Warranty expired March 2025. It quit working twice, and now when plugged in NOT COOLING, NO LIGHTS, NOTHING. I saw there are class actions lawsuits against ** and ******* for compressors and various other issues. BUYER BEWARE. ** lawsuits go back YEARS...same issues OVER nad OVER.

      ** has been the worst. We purchased an induction stove with additional warranty. First issue, range was delivered damaged in the rear with a giant dent. We had to wait about two weeks for a new stove. Dropped off on 7/25/25. On 8/22/25 while making breakfast for my son I heard a sudden, loud popping sound, a burning smell, and smoke started to come out of the range under the burners. The area between the oven and the burners and the range turned off but started smoking. The smoke started to come out of the corners. Called ** and customer service said they could not help. The transferred me to the presidential liaison office. Spoke to Sharo or ****** ********. Said she could only send a tech. Tech came out from a third party compnay. He's very nice. But didn't open the range due to the complexity but he did order parts. I have no issue with the tech. I have issues with the fact that my range malfunctioned before 30 days and it is a lemon and they won't replace it. I received bad equipment but instead they want a tech to come and fix. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Its been two weeks and no one has called me back. Ms. ******** is ignoring my calls and so is ******* ******* or she is not advising him that i want to speak with him. i have been calling ** since 9//5/25. I have all calls to ** documented. Last two people I spoke to in customer service are **** and ******. Both advised they would make sure supervisor called me but still have not received a call. I will never buy another **. If this matter doesn't get resolved I will have to report them to my credit card for selling faulty equipment. ZERO STARS

      My communications with ** on a defective dryer:We purchased a ** Dryer on 6/2/2025 for a new home and moved into our new home on 9/1/2025 On our first use of the dryer last week, there was a loud noise. We contacted ** support on Thursday, they sent out a service person on Friday. The service person determined there was an issue that could not be repaired and the dryer is needed to be replaced. The service person left unit inoperable at the instruction of **.Since then the repair person visit; we have reached out to ** 3 times:Friday: 1st call ** said they would need to see the report from the service person.Saturday: 2nd We were told we needed to wait 24 hrs so they could review the repair person's report.Sunday (26 hrs later): 3rd call ** said they had the report and that we needed to contact the Seller for a replacement. The unit was deemed non repairable is it not functional, and per ** it needs to be replaced.Service number: xxxxx We are not happy with **'s interface and response. They tried to placate us, and at one point became rude.Can BBB help us out?

      I purchased an ** refrigerator (Model: LRFOC2606S, Serial: 209KRZHNW653]) in [Month/Year]. The unit has experienced two sealed-system failures in less than two years. At month 12, the compressor failed and was replaced under warranty in 2023. At month 24, the sealed system failed again. An ** technician has since documented an evaporator line leak requiring full sealed-system replacement.** has refused to provide a replacement despite its 5-year sealed-system warranty covering both parts and labor. Instead, ** insists on repeated major repairs and has only offered a depreciated ****** credit if repairs fail, which is inconsistent with its obligations under both the warranty and the ********-**** Warranty Act.This refrigerator is clearly defective and unfit for its ordinary purpose, constituting a breach of the implied warranty of merchantability under Illinois law. I have already notified ** of my intent to pursue remedies with the Illinois Attorney General and Illinois Small Claims Court.Requested Resolution:I am requesting that ** provide a full replacement refrigerator (like-for-like or equivalent model) at no cost. Repeated sealed-system repairs and pro-rated credit are not acceptable remedies for a product that has failed twice in under two years.

      I thought I was buying a top of the line ******* from a company with a great reputation. A fantastic deal with a panel warranty, even. TV was great, beautiful, no problems for 10 months and then the unit suddenly switched itself off. Had to go through two customer service **** to get a tech out to look at it. Turns out there is an invisible (unless you are holding a flashlight right up to the screen) microfracture in the panel that ** refuses to fix. Because the panel warranty doesn't cover damage? How is that a panel warranty? It seems obvious to me that his is a manufacturing flaw, that required an actual technician to diagnose since it's been invisible to the eye for ******************************************************************** a real case scenario where the end user is unaware of previously existing panel damage. Thanks for nothing, **.

      Issue: false advertising and failure to deliver contracted services I purchased an ** washer on 8/26/25 with installation service. Before completing my purchase, I confirmed in writing with customer support (and kept a screenshot as proof) that installation included stacking my existing ** dryer on top of the new washer. On installation day, the provider refused to perform the stacking, claiming it was not included.I contacted ** support three times Each time, I was promised a callback within 24 hours, and none ever came. This situation constitutes false advertising and failure to deliver contracted services. I have given ** multiple opportunities to resolve the matter, each costing me time and stress, with no resolution (beyond the inconvenience of not having a washer/dryer for 2 weeks).
