I have been purchasing the magnum double raspberry ice cream pops for as long as I can remember. Then I started to realize when eating the ice cream pop that it doesn't have the extra raspberry syrup in between the layers of chocolate so I pulled up and I complained and they sent coupons although it went to the wrong house they did send coupons. I was assured that it was a mistake that just really happens but I continue to purchase these ice cream pops and again there is the same problem not only that but your ice cream pops have gotten smaller But the real issue is that the raspberry is not in the magnum double raspberry pops that I purchased and it keeps on happening so I think that this needs to be sent out so people could be aware that if they have a problem that it should be complained to the supermarket and the company as well I purchase these pops from *********** in ********* ******** The barcode on this pop is ************ And was purchased on or about March 1st 2025 I am hoping that the company will finally get in touch with me and be a little more sincere on the neglect on how they're doing their operations and trying to save money at the payer's expense And yes I could have called the company again and it explained what was going on but I felt that maybe if I went this way at least a lot more people will understand what's going on and they will also file complaints if not at least not purchase this ice cream pop anymore as if it happens one more time I will be that person So I'm asking for someone in the executive area to give me a call and explain to me what happened and make good for the ice cream pops that I am not enjoying because it's not what I purchased and I think it is fraud. ************ please callBusiness Response

A refund check from Unilever bounced. Check No. **********. Unilever is putting the oneous on me to prove that the check bounced. My bank recommends that ******** investigate from their end as they are responsible for the the returned check. Emails to Unilever go unanswered. All this irritation for $26 however now it is the principle of not standing behind their product, being careless with customers, and making me do all the work of follow through.Business Response

Spoke to extremely rude customer service agent named ******** who had TV blaring in the background and someone talking to her behind me, obviously working from home. She was a Spanish lady with a bad attitude. Requested and exchange on my two butter pecan 1/2 gallons that were extremely iced over and bitter. Purchased and open same day. Store says due to dairy law cannot exchange. This woman was obnoxious rude condescending and acted like she enjoyed some kind of power over people. She was very indignant. I would like my two half gallons replaced. It's my mother's favorite. I prefer a cleaner ice cream myself but these were bought for my mother and I'd like them replaced because of the price this is extremely rude for customer service not to engage in a refund or exchange.Business Response

I bought 10 cans Dial antiperspirant because the 8.4 ounce size seems to be getting replaced with 3..8 ounce for the same amount. I ordered then online and when they arrived the first thing I noticed most of the cans seemed light . I weighted the cans and the cans were 5.3 ounces to 7.5 ounces. Thats not close to full. I then looked at the date codes and had to go online to decode the date code. Some of the cans expired in 2021 the rest 2023. I contacted Dial and they told me they were mailing my replacement coupons. When it arrived there was zero coupons for what I bought and 1 for shampoo up to 5.99 . These cans are 7.49 each times 10. I contacted dial now after waiting almost a month for the shampoo coupon they ask me if i still had the cans . The time to ask for those was about 2.5 weeks prior now on the second call the person asks again if i have the cans . I told them no you asked that last round. Then They sent me 1 coupon for the product I bought that is required to have a date on the can as it is FDA controlled. The Dial company instead of mailing my coupons they ship me 2 boxes empty and I already told the rep they are late in asking. This is wrong.Business Response

My name is ****. I received four containers of ice cream tasting bitter and off. Briars which is evidently Unilever sent me three coupons to replace. I'm in the military I shipped out I did not get a chance to use product or redeem coupons which expired August 31st of 24. I shipped out mid-august and I returned last week and realized. Made phone call to Unilever. Can't get through to anyone who will replace coupons?? Says can't find my original complaint?? I don't understand I don't understand and I don't understand again. I am Filipino I reside in this country I'm in the military in this country and I don't know why this company won't make good on what they originally promised. I would like the breyers guarantee please. Phone customer service they are extremely ignorant and I just can't deal with this kind of customer service from a national company. I am highly allergic to tarragum. Breyers has snuck **** gum into their ice cream now. I cannot have the ice cream anymore and sadly I bought it and then I tasted something off and looked at ingredients. ***** speaks about refund on their website and commercial. I would like my $25 return to me for the two cartons of chocolate chip mint and the two cartons of chocolate. This is a horrible experience and I am very saddened by breyers choosing to put **** gum into their ice cream without telling anyone. I began trying to get a response from Liquid-IV (Unilever) several days ago. The Liquid-IV Multiplier is labeled vegan and shows cane sugar (not vegan) as the 1st ingredient. So I first tried the Liquid-IV customer service number and there was an audix saying no one was available and it disconnects without any way to leave a message. I've tried multiple times to send an email that goes on answered. I then sent an email to the *** and received an out of office email saying to contact a different employee. I received no response again.So I tried Unilever customer service. They had the same customer service number, ************** and same email that does not work. With the 1st call to Unilever, I spent about 20 minutes answering questions for the Unilever agent to capture for his ticket. He said the customer service agents come in at 12 noon and that someone would call me. They didn't. I called again today, and I was asked similar questions, but had no other information to reach anyone at Liquid-IV. The amount of time I have spent on this should never have happened. How many others just gave up and never returned to purchase any products from Liquid-IV or Unilever? Retention is valuable and it seems that it is not being valued from where I'm sitting. I just tried one last time, calling ************** and received the same message, that I have received every time calling, "No agents are available, please try back later". Maybe Liquid-IV does not value or want vegans as customers. Maybe ********************** has a policy to just ignore questions about their products. I cannot see how they would allow losses and retention by ignoring customers with a simple question.Business Response

I received three replacement coupons for bad products from Unilever one for laundry care and two for dishwasher care.these have already expired .
