I bought a 2014 ****** Foresterwith ***** miles.A week later the oil light went on and I brought it to All American. They said they could do an oil cunsumption test. This test only goes up to **** miles and my light didn't come on until **** miles so I didn't qualify to get the lemon fixed. This is a big problem with ****** Forester. The oil also dissapears when I drive long distance on the highway and that is impossible to do for a **** mile consumption test.I called ****** of ******* and they said I could try test again and go somewhere else so I went to Freehold ******.By then my car was in the high ***** because I did a few road trips down south. My car failed the consumption test SOA said they would pay for new engine even though by then I past the year or miles.Freehold ****** changed engine.A few weeks later the oil light came on again so I brought it back they said I needed a new PCV valve I said I just got one last year. They said well it can go again and that was problem. They topped off my oil which they over filled. Now it has been 10mth/****0 later and my oil light went on and my mechanic had to put 1 qt and 1/3 in.That is not acceptable on a new engine especially from ****** and their part. They say out of warranty I would have to pay to dx it. I was very upset they put in a new engine and they couldn't even look at it without charging me?The mgr ***** was very condescending when I asked questions he would reply it's out of warranty call SOA. I asked where is the parts warranty and he said I guess ******** has to work on its verbage!?He completely took advantage of me as a woman whereas when I first got car back he told me I needed **** worth of work incl a serpentine belt which is a cheap part its the labor of taking engine apart.why didn't he change it when engine was apart? Then he reminded me in I got engine as a godd will offer from SOA insinuating I shouldn't complain for something free yet I am back where I started. My mechanic said eng didn't look new.

I leased a ************************************************************************************ hand to purchase the vehicle. Our buyout did not match. I was told to come into the dealership by ********************* and they would honor my contract total. Went in and there was a $499.00 processing fee and a couple other small fees that he forgot to mention at the dealership.. The difference between my total and ****** Finances total was $189.00. I would have just paid that and not the $499.00 +. So, I left the dealership and at some point contacted ****** Finance again. I found out for some reason there are 2 contracts with different $ amounts and while the second contract has my name and my brothers name, we did not sign it. Something is going on and I can't get answers. There should only be one contract. I would like ****** Corporate notified of this also. It is impossible to get to the person that can help. I keep getting the run around. I did purchase the car based on their total because I did not want to go past the lease buyout date. I have attached both contracts. You can see the difference by the times listed on them and clearly see the difference in the signatures. I hope this can be resolved. Thank you
