      I purchased a russian tortoise from this business and was sent a sick tortoise. I dont believe its unreasonable to expect a healthy animal. Also the care must not have been cery good since he is all roughed up on shell and belly. I also come to fins out this owner has had severe smuggling charges against them. How is he still allowed to do business?

      I brought 3 turtles from them 8-16-22. I sent them 6 emails {4 on the 16th and 2 on the 19th}stating that I woul like to cancel. The never reponded and I get an email on the 23rd stating the turtles are being shipped. There is NO phone number to call them and just like the other reviews, they don't repond to emails!

      I ordered two marine toads from this company. I received my order on February 16th, which wasn&#**;t the marine toads I ordered. That same day I began reaching out in multiple messages letting them know I didn&#**;t receive what I ordered. On March 6th I also let them know the toads had a hernia. They responded to one of my emails on March 6th and asked me to provide pictures, which I sent right away. They responded on March 13th and said I did receive what I ordered and they also accused me of having a tick-filled environment.

      Transaction occured October 22 or 23rd, 2022. The package containing a "live" animal arrived on the 25th. The animal, a Greater Siren, was dead on arrival. It's skin was peeling, it was stiff as a board, and I could not see any sign of it breathing. The essentially told me it was simply asleep, which was not the case. I have emailed in hopes of getting a full refund, with no response, minus the first email where I informed them of the fact that the animal was, in fact, dead. They told me to put it in water and wait. The animal died due to being shipped improperly, I think. I just want a full refund, as well as a proper response from the company.I do not want another animal shipped as compensation, especially if they ship it in a non-entilated plastic container filled with ****. This animal is aquatic. I am willing to provide photographs if requested, as well as more details. I would add them here, but I am not typing this on the device that has those photos.

      I received an extremely sick pet turtle in the mail. I made the purchase and contacted the ************ away. I texted and emailed him almost everyday for a week and never heard anything. I stated that he sent a sick turtle and asked him for a few other requests and never got a response until I told him Id be contacting you and he replied in 5 minutes and was rude when I told him what was going on. I want my money back and an apology.
