  My wife thought she was ordering one tube of mascara when she placed her order. Instead, she was enrolled without her knowledge or consent in their "VIP Membership" cosmetics program. We were billed $31.63 monthly for four months but never received any products. *****, the customer service agent I spoke with, was very polite, and she canceled the membership without giving me any hassle. I will, however, continue to check my bank statement to ensure we are no longer being charged for this program.

  The customer already contacted us and canceled the *** membership as requested. We have already canceled this and rest assured that there will be no recurring charge again. Thank you for your patience and we appreciate your business.

  This company participates in fraudulent business practices. In October, I purchased mascara from them that I saw via an online advertisement. I clicked on the link and went through the process to order the mascara. I noticed during checkout it clicked at the bottom in small print the option to sign up for the *** monthly plan which would allow you to receive 5 products monthly upon your selection. I unclicked this box and moved forward to purchase the product. I thought it was fishing having that box clicked automatically to trip someone up who isn't aware. I was aware so I unclicked it. I received the product and it does a good job. Fast forward to February, I was on the line with *********** and noticed recurring charges. I am a realtor and I have various accounts with many businesses so I pay my bill when I receive them. I didn't notice this recurrent charge, called the company, and was informed that it was Vibely. They advised that I selected this plan; however if I selected this plan where is the email for enrollment confirmation? 1st red flag. Additionally, if customers are enrolled in this program and aren't ordering products shouldn't this be an indication that they are not aware they are enrolled in a monthly pay plan? 2nd red flag. I am the first to report this and I am sure they will do this to someone else. They need to be shut down for deceptive business practices.

  The customer already communicated with the customer and canceled the *** membership, We have also refunded all of the membership charges due to the customer not being able to take advantage the free items each month.Moreover, this case has already been resolved.
