    Went to Ravelli monuments in April of 2023.. wanted a headstone for my parents grave..gave a deposit and a description of what I wanted, about a month later I received a pdf of what it would look like...agreed to it and signed a contract and paid the balance..this was may..early june..didn't hear anything from Renee till I got a hold of someone in September when I stopped in to the business...was told it just came in and showed me the crate in their storage area..said it would be installed in the coming week, then a week later got a message that caretaker at the cemetery was away and would be back next week...never called to say it was installed..I called a couple times till I finally got Renee to answer the phone and was told they installed the headstone at the wrong cemetery..this was November..said they were going g that week to move it..and offered to give me my money back..I went to the cemetery in December to put a grave blanket down and no stone..I went straight to the business spoke to Renee and was promised once again the it would be moved...nothing...went to the cemetery again and no headstone called Renee and she apologized and tried to blame the caretaker for the wrong location...I was originally concerned with the wrong location. But they never moved it..and now it is April 30th and it's been in the wrong place for over 6 months..

    My mother passed away almost 10 months ago. I paid them 75% ($700 on 4/1/22) of the cost for my Mothers headstone and yet to have it. Now I understand they take time but 7 months? Its been nothing but a run around from them. I have driven there and they arent there even during open business hours they have posted. Ive called and have received no return phone call. They cashed my check and took my money but all my family is getting is empty promises and ignored. And all we really would like is my moms headstone so we can memorialize her and remember her. Im extremely upset and disappointed. Horrible customer service. I would think they would be sympathetic during times like this for families but they arent. They told us it would be placed by Mothers Day. That didnt happen. Then it was itll be on the next truck time and time again. Then they tell us dont call us we will call you. Now they just ignore us and our messages and dont even return our calls. Now its almost winter which means my mother wont have her headstone placed until who knows when. Im an extremely upset and want not only answers but my mothers headstone. Im at the point where if I dont get the headstone and or answers I am going to take them to court for my money back. Please help.
