The date of the occurrence: 07-19-2022. I live in the gated ********* of ************************ They contracted with LMS Landscaping Services for the upkeep of the grounds. I Employ a healthcare lady once a week. When my helper arrived around 10AM she surprised the lawnmower on my drive way making turning maneuvers, during which he backed a very big lawnmower into my garage door, piercing several points of impact into the panels of my Door. The force of the impact was increased by the fact that said employee was a very big man. I called Management immediately but nobody showed up for about a week. The impact of the hit dislodged all the upper components of the door and when trying to lower the door all ell broke loose ad the door fell down and ended up in midair, hanging on 2 cords. Still nobody came to look at it and I had to call a Garage Door business to help and order a new door, which was installed 2 weeks later. Needless to say, not the Management from Westlake nor LMS Landscape owned up to their responsibilities, I had to spend $3,020.00 or the safeguarding of the destroyed door and purchase of a new door. Now I'm a 87 year old widow, they walked away and the person from LMS came one time and blasted me utterly rude and lacking respect, even though I have my very clever and alert helper, who is ready to testify and confirm the event. After all they ended up to suggest I go to Small Claims Court! I made copies and pictures, copies of the receipts of the work and new Door (double wide), but I don't know how to upload. Can I maybe send them via postal mail?

LMS is contracted by our *** to cut the lawns for all of the homes in our development. They utilize heavy mowers that, if used on wet lawns, can cause damage to the lawns; ripping the lawns and leaving deep tire marks and killing the grass. they have caused damage to my lawn multiple time and because of this, I have requested LMS to NOT cut my lawn as I have decided to cut the lawn myself. The *** communicated with LMS many times, putting me on the No Cut List; although, LMS continually disregards these instructions to stay off of my lawn. This has caused much damage to my lawn and I have had to reseed my lawn numerous times.
