    I purchased Canon lens via Amazon from this seller and package never arrived. I did contact the PhoenixPhoto but they refuse any refund. They did not insured the package .Item was over $2800 and without insurance ***** is not going to issue a refund. The problem is that the package was shipped with "Signature Request" and I was not home the day of the delivery and ***** drived decided that he will sign for me and he just did....He was suppose to leave Door Tag and come back next day...I did not get that package.Everyone is refusing refund and I need help.
