If a member continues to experience billing after their cancellation, We encourage members to reach out directly to the sales agency for clarification and resolution.
FirstEnroll does not sell or market health insurance plans. They only handle premium billing and administrative functions for the programs offered by the independent sales agencies. They do work closely with their partners to ensure that members receive clear, written documentation at the time of enrollment that explains the nature of the plan, including the fact that the plan is not insurance but a discount program.
