      We have tried to use insurance.. With no luck. Have contacted the company numerous times just to see how I go about submitting a claim. Keep getting the run around. Get told by the Director of claims and service to contact claim or services. We thought we were doing something good for our daughter. But been nothing but grief. The pharmacy thought it was a discount card. I feel liked got scammed out of $247 since October. Would be nice to get refund since got basically no service. Would have given 0 stars if an option

      This company scammed me when I went online to get insurance under the affordable care act. They took my bank account number and told me that my cost for insurance through health alliance was $280 per month which they would take out of my bank account and $10 extra that I would need to pay separately because my husband is a smoker and the agent forgot to add the charge. Turns out our entire bill was supposed to be $10. I found this out when my husband became eligible for ******** and I asked health alliance to drop him. These people should be in jail.

      I was searching for major medical coverage. I explained what I was looking for and was ensured that the policy they recommended was what I was looking for. I had to apply and consent before getting documentation of what the coverage was. I was ensured that I wasn't locked in to anything and that if it wasn't what they said it was, I would have 30 days to cancel. As soon as I received the coverages, I immediately called to cancel. As nothing they said I was covered for was really covered. I'm still not sure if it will be cancelled and refunded. They continually transferred me to different people. Each with an attempt to not get me to cancel or to sign me on a different plan. They misrepresented and hustled me in order to get that card number and first payment. Now they are making me fight for my $733. They also said it was a ********** Blue Shield plan. However, the certificate of benefits says *********************.

      Scammers. Frauds. Deceivers. Liars. Manipulators. Do NOT trust these guys. They fronted as "****" and convinced me to pay my "outstanding medical bills". Stole hundreds of dollars from me and will do the same from you.

      I was trying to contact Covered California to get my 1095-A and these ******* impersonated them and told me I had to pay $293.99 to get my document! Now that I have read so many other stories of people being scammed by this company, how come they have not been shut down yet? I'm filing a police report. I did not authorize a payment to sign up for First Enroll Insurance. They tricked me! I want my f****** money back and will fight to get it!!!

      I requested to cancel on 04/10. Was told my plan is in the cancelation/refund category. It's been a few days now and I still don't have a refund as I cancelled within the 30 day window.

      This is the worst company. They stated several times of me asking that no money would be taken til I reviewed the insurance policy. Funds were still removed. They lied the whole way through the process. DO NOT TRUST this company!!!

      We signed up for what we thought was legit insurance, but Im afraid we got scammed. We were unable to get my husbands medicine, which was not covered when we were told from the start it would be covered 100 percent. After lots of back and forthing with insurance and pharmacy, we found out that our insurance is nothing more than a discount card. Still no meds for my bipolar husband. See you in court

      These people are scammers they took $181 from me without my permission told me it was to save my quote and no payment would be made, I was waiting for approval when my $ was taken off my card! When i asked why he took my money he responded with I got you insurance (which i hadnt decided on yet) and laughed at me multiple times because i was upset it was my rent $ he took. These people need sued ! Stay clear of them they are not legitimate insurance agents.
