      For all who was let down by Suntuity... I worked for them as a sales rep. *** the handwriting on the wall that they were failing and left. Am now an independent solar broker.       I signed the contract April 26th, and seemed satisfied with the deal including 12 months of payment incentive promised ($156.55 x 12= $1878.60) after the billing starts. The salesman *** was great at the beginning and throughout the installation process, but all went downhill after that. I don't think the right hand talks to the left hand at Suntuity. From the installation date, they had the incorrect design, I was glad to be home to correct them prior the start. Many, many issues from installation 8-16-23 through out the length of the project, too many to document now, to the start up. I signed and returned the W9 tax form for the money incentive via email, accompanied by a phone call from their representative on October 13, 2023 via docs sign. I tried calling, emailing and texting ***, at some point on a daily basis, with no response at all. I also tried emailing others at Suntuity, only to have the emails returned. Sunnova started debiting my checking account on 11-23-23 and have done it monthly since. I also referred 2 friends, early on as customers, now with regret. It's a shame that there are deceptive individuals and companies to prey on us. I should have done more research prior, shame on me...

      I was promised a ******** rebate for my system to be paid after installation and activation. The sales associate was Tinh Tuppy. I've not received this nor have I received any tax forms related to the system. The business denies they give rebates; I say you need to contact your sellers as thats a blatant scam and other Solar companies offer better rates but when you think oh rebate will pay a portion of the cost its misleading. I see too many reviews of others promised a rebate and not receiving this especially when you are selling panels above market value.

      I was promised in a contract a promotion to receive a payment for the first 12 months to be paid in a check to me.. I even signed the tax form. Well we are at close to 4 month. I called and they said working on it, I called back and the line is always busy. NO Check and nobody responds.. Absolutely nothing.

      Suntuity Solar ,I am very disappointed with this company Suntuity Solar. If you have a sales rep working with you and if they see this message /review theyre going to say you know people are never happy, look at our 5 stars reviews. Dont believe them, they are paid 5 starts reviews to get your attention and obviously because they are liers and they want to get you to sign those papers to then s**** you over. They become very dishonest after they get you to signed those papers. If you are reading this please do not sign to their services. They are liers, dishonest and if they **** on your front door send them away and find yourself a good honest company to work with. We were installed months ago and have yet received what we were promised with the time frame we were promised even though its on our original contract. If you on the same boat as we are, we are suggesting to seek legal action. Every time we call , we get excuses after excuses. We are still calling and have yet to be able to get through, their system says your account is not active or automatically send you to voicemail or says the line is busy. So no communication from them by any means. At this point we are seeing this company as a SCAM!! STAY AWAY!! Do your research and get something that can work for you and avoid the hassles and headaches. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY SUNTUITY Based off **********. The Government should be taking a look into this company, many people are being affected as we are. They are taking advantage of honest hard working Americans. This is total BS!! Have a bless day!

      Just got solar panels installed 12/22. And was promised a promotion of 1yr of no payments and I just received my 1st bill. Tried calling multiple times about promotion and cant get through to anyone phone is busy. Reading the other complaints Im thinking Ive made a huge mistake and have been scammed also! I cant get through to anyone but before instillation they were calling daily and I was able to reach them no problem but now after instillation I cant get a hold of anyone. Is the company still in business??

      Worse company ever ! I am a Roofing sub contractor .the home owner paid Suntuity they would not pay me or will not return any of my calls . Cheats lies and thieves . Everyone at this company should be in jail . Now I have to go after the home owners to get my money Who have already paid Suntuity . Not very fair . Stay away Suntuity
