      I participated in a phone survey on January 24, 2022 at 7:30 pm (USQ2117620). I reached out to Schlesinger Group on April 20th after I had not yet received payment. On April 26, *************************************************************************************************************** **** business days. After 2 weeks had passed, I started sending emails every day to follow up and received no answer. I then called and left a message on the Schlesinger voicemail explaining the situation. 3 days later I received an email from the same representative, *******, that had been "helping" me since April. On June 28,2022, they emailed me apologizing for the huge delay and they were going to reach out to their payment team to follow up on my incentive. It has now been over 5 months and no sign of any payment.

      I participated in a ******** Focus Group (via Zoom) with Schlesinger Group April 26, or April 29th. They know the day, because I got an email response from ***************** giving me the study # (UIG22801237) on June 14, 2022. He apologized for the delay & stated they reached out to Project Mgr. The incentive for participating in the Focus Group was a $150 **** Debit card. It's been 2 months ******* still haven't received the **** Card (which was supposed to be mailed to me in 4 to 6 weeks), nor am I getting any responses from several emails I've sent them.

      Hi, I completed an hour and a half focus study interview which then ended up being 2 hours because the girl didnt get all the information the first day. I was told I would be compensated $150 for my time. I then had to complete an intense homework assignment which I had to redo many times bc apparently my iPhone 13 pro video was not clear enough. I was told I would be compensated another $150 for this. That is $300 total. I completed these on April 12 and have emailed them over 20 times as well as called their voice mail. No one has responded and the payments have not been received. I am very frustrated I put so much time and effort into this and received no payment or even a response. I even signed their consent forms and all. I hope they dont use my videos until Im paid. The study I participated in Event Info: UlG22801148 - Lifestyle and Technology

The taste-test was organized by Addison ********************** acquired by Schlessinger **********************. I drove the 40 miles to the *** office in ***** where the taste test was held (80 miles round trip so with the price of gas and mileage it cost me $20). I arrived early for the $5.00 additional bonus so the amount owed is $105.00. The payment was to be made 10 days after they received my Paypal e-mail address or no later than May 9th . I called and spoke with different ******************************** on April 5th, 18th and 25th and three Schlessinger ********************** employees the last telling me that a *********************************** would call me back Why doesnt this company remit payment for work performed?Will it take a Class Action lawsuit?******************* ************ ************************ Paypal: ******************* Sent from my iPhone

      Incentives are processed at the close of the study.The normal timeframe is 4-6 weeks from the date of completion per your confirmation email. Usually the incentives take 2-3 weeks from the time the study closes. It normally takes an additional 2-3 weeks for all participants to complete the study, this is why we state 4-6 weeks total.       I was asked to participate in 2 studys with this focus group. One being about 2 weeks from the original one. I expected payment right away but after going to their website I noticed it would take 4-6 weeks. Seems ridiculous but what can I do. After the 6 *******************, I began calling and emailing. Left 4 voice messages for the payment department and 3 emails. No response. Its so sad to me that people literally cant pick up a phone, OR even easier, send off an email and communicate. How hard is that? I finally got a human on the phone today that informed me she has nothing to do with payments but would research the issue. She told me that the study has yet to wrap up so I wont be paid until then. Their website says 4-6 weeks not whenever we get done wrapping up the study. I did my part. I need to be compensated.

      Re TIG22800569 - Online Shopping, the incentive was $250 + $25 for posting at least 5 videos (which I did). Additionally, the moderators promised $50 for the most thoughtful responses. I should have received at least $275 but only received $200. and would like someone to audit to make sure the $50 incentives were given out to three people for content.Re EDN20900017 / TIG22800435, I did an online bulletin board starting on 3/15/22 and also did a one-on-one on 4/18/22 and the total reward was supposed to be $200. I was only sent $100. Please issue remaining reward of $175-200 and contact me re why this happened.
