      I was asked to participate in 2 studys with this focus group. One being about 2 weeks from the original one. I expected payment right away but after going to their website I noticed it would take 4-6 weeks. Seems ridiculous but what can I do. After the 6 *******************, I began calling and emailing. Left 4 voice messages for the payment department and 3 emails. No response. Its so sad to me that people literally cant pick up a phone, OR even easier, send off an email and communicate. How hard is that? I finally got a human on the phone today that informed me she has nothing to do with payments but would research the issue. She told me that the study has yet to wrap up so I wont be paid until then. Their website says 4-6 weeks not whenever we get done wrapping up the study. I did my part. I need to be compensated.

      Re TIG22800569 - Online Shopping, the incentive was $250 + $25 for posting at least 5 videos (which I did). Additionally, the moderators promised $50 for the most thoughtful responses. I should have received at least $275 but only received $200. and would like someone to audit to make sure the $50 incentives were given out to three people for content.Re EDN20900017 / TIG22800435, I did an online bulletin board starting on 3/15/22 and also did a one-on-one on 4/18/22 and the total reward was supposed to be $200. I was only sent $100. Please issue remaining reward of $175-200 and contact me re why this happened.

      I did a product evaluation for Focus Group by Schsinger I was supposed to receive 50 dollars as compensation for completing the surveys. There was a problem on their end because I completed the first survey when I was supposed to They kept saying I did not but I proved that I did. I have proof too! I emailed them numerous times with no response. Can you please help me?

      Dear BBB,This Schlesinger Groups has not paid my incentive for two studies. I have contacted them many times but they ignored me every time. They always said they had sent an envelope to my address but they never shared the tracking number.       I apologize as I am confused on your reply, we have reissued your check several times. Per our telephone discussion you have provided what appears to be a business address which continues to return the mail as undeliverable. You were going to email me an alternate address to have your check reissued as you did not have the address to give at that time. I have not received that email with an alternate mailing address. You stressed the importance of not mailing a check instead you prefer a prepaid gift card. I advised you I would look into this and confirm if I was able to issue a gift card instead of a check. Unfortunately, per the confirmation email you received a check is being offered as the form of payment. We cannot cancel the check and reissue as a prepaid gift card.       In February I was contacted to participate in a Group through Schlesinger that I was accepted to at last minute. Had 3 days to complete a full week's of questionnaire, which I completed on time. I turned in my signed NDA. Was to receive compensation within 4-6 weeks, which I still have not received at end of week 6. Cannot reach anyone at number on Group Coordinators email. When I agreed to participate, I was told it would be for $675, then in different email after first agreeing it implied compensation was for $625. Then a different email said compensation was $425. I pointed this out to the recruiter who signed me up and have not heard back from Lace, or anyone at Schlesinger regarding this or even received compensation within their agreed upon time frame and wonder if I even will. I did my part and completed the Group in just a couple of days. They should honor their part of agreement as well. I'm expecting $675 for Group reference #TIG22800095.       I will accept the $625 as I was not aware of the changes to the group. I had originally agreed to $675, not $625. Ill absorb the $50 loss, and since was not made aware of the tax ID issue prior to today, I feel I should not have to wait another couple of weeks to receive compensation. As this issue is not my fault, future issues that come up should be corrected before the period of time the payment is to be received has expired. Today was the only day I was sent any information regarding updating Tax ID. Communication is key. Getting Lace to respond to emails is near impossible, even with him being the project coordinator. I emailed him regarding change in amounts 3 times before I signed NDA, which I signed hoping it was a typo on Schlesingers end. Thank you for resolving this matter quickly. I updated SSN through the email I received today, 4-22-2022.

      I did an online study with Schleischer Group UIG22800651-Sports on March *****. It takes 4-6 weeks to be paid, and I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to give them my new address.
