After months of numerous contacts, written, email and phone conversations and with me having submitted all required documents that were sent to me, Everyly finally mailed the required document that needed notarized. Prior to that I had not seen the document for it was never sent to me. In all of this time I have received nothing from them in an email other than a standardized thank you for contacting their company. It was my insistence that I receive correspondence by post. It is hard not to feel like this company operates to discourage those requesting they be honest and pay what is due. I was even asked to produce the original document from 1937. Considering time and a house fire it could not be found, but why did they need it? I had policy numbers for 10 family members and a track record of faithful payments SINCE 1937. My loved one has been deceased since 2023. My desire for this company is to simplify the process going forward and be honorable and helpful and act in the same good faith that my grandparents first had when they partnered with them so long ago. I am mailing the final document today and will trust they will pay with a paper check and through the postal service.Review from Patricia P.

This company is horrible I have tried for a year to get my dads funeral paid no one knows what they are talking about a person pays all this money out cant even get them to pay for the funeral will be a year dec 10
