    Extremely Disappointing Experience I wish I could give this dealership a zero-star rating. On June 24, I brought my ******************** for a recall, and my vehicle was running perfectly when I left it. *****, the service manager, assured me it would be ready by Wednesday, but that promise quickly fell through.After multiple unanswered calls, I decided to visit the dealership in person. To my shock, ***** informed me that while they had completed the recall, my vehicles transmission had unexpectedly failed. He quoted an astonishing repair estimate of $10,204, which I found completely unacceptable. When I sought assistance from ***** corporate office, my request for financial help was ultimately denied.I refused to pick up my vehicle in its non-working condition. For two months, I tried to resolve the issue through countless emails and phone calls, while my vehicle remained parked around on the street. This entire situation led to significant rental car expenses and difficulties at work, as I rely on my vehicle for my ****** early August, after hearing from one of their employees that the breakdown was unfortunate, ***** offered to deliver my vehicle to me, stating they would provide free towing. However, this ordeal has been a nightmare for the past three months.I strongly urge anyone considering service at this **** location to think twice. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I hope sharing my story helps others avoid similar issues.

    The customer brought in the vehicle which is a 2015 transit van with close to 140k miles on it to do a recall, after the recall was fixed the mechanic took the vehicle on a test drive, like we do on all the vehicles we fix to make sure its in safe and working order before the customer takes it. While on the test drive the mechanic noticed the transmission was not working properly, at which point we reported to the customer. The customer then complained that the vehicle was working fine when they dropped it off, we explained that we had nothing to do with it and that it would of happened to the customer the next time they drove it. We gave the customer a price to fix or replace the transmission but they said it was too much and did not want to do it. The customer then decided they would not come to take their vehicle back, at which point we agreed that we would tow it back to them at no charge...We would like to help the customer with a little discount off of the amount we quoted to fix the transmission, or if they would like we can try and trade them out of the vehicle and sell them a new vehicle.

    The place lie to my nephew a small inmigrant with lots of dreams and they took it away by selling him a car that is imponded in kearny nj for al.ost two months and yet they haven't been able to get the plates for the car like they promise him My nephew's name is **************************************** He's still paying for the car to the bank and also paying for a rented car Thank you

    jersey city **** asked the customer for documentation that he needed in order for us to register the vehicle he purchased from us, unfortunately the customer took close to 3 weeks to provide us with the correct documentation needed for DMV. As a result, the customers temp plate ********** days) and his vehicle got impounded...which we actually gave him a check for over $2000 to get the vehicle out of the impound even though we did not have any obligation to...now the customer is looking for us to cover his "rental". we have gone above and beyond to help this gentleman already.

    When a paying customer leaves dozens of phone calls just to check on something that could be dealt with with a one minute return phone call, and nobody has the courtesy to even call you back, that's not cool. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible customer service. Terrible worker attitudes. And terrible *****, who is too busy--or just doesn't care--to ever call you back or see how your car is doing. Some service coordinator... Zero stars if possible. Terrible terrible experience and I would never recommend giving them your business.

    ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Sold me a vehicle that I am $20k upside down. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST ONLY WORRIED ABOUT THEIR COMMISSION.

    Honestly need more training, as soon as I drive in for service I get ask if I came for an oil change from both the service tech taking the car and the service desk lady for a Mach E mustang, this is an electric car it clearly does not need oil change. Then I get asked what am I here for then which I tell them I am here for the ****** mile maintenance notice which the manual and phone app asks for every ****** miles clearly they did not know which I had to show them on the phone. I hope they actually did check what has to be checked on the car but I felt like I was leaving the car as I am supposed to by manufacture recommendation in an authorized dealer that *** not know what they are doing makes me feel nervious because where else can you take the car then.

    As another reviewer posted, they refused to honor my lease buyout agreement and tried to overcharge by $4000. Dealers should not be adding extra fees. Call **** Credit and they will confirm this. The only fees they can charge are taxes, registration and "reasonable" documentation fee. In **, doc fees are capped at $399 but this dealer wanted $699. They also charged $400 for registration when it should be around $150. Extremely deceptive tactics and shady behavior. This is exactly why dealers have a bad reputation. Shame on them, and shame on **** Credit and Corporate for forcing customers to go through dealers to buy out their leases and doing NOTHING to stop this unethical and illegal behavior.

    Our doc fee is below the state ordinance. According to the rules and regulations of ********** Credit, you are suppose to purchase your lease from the originating dealer but we tried to accommodate you and the only fee we charged you was a doc fee. You are more than welcome to go to your originating dealer to complete your purchase however every dealer in the country charges a doc fee.

    This is very misleading and you neglected to address the fact that on top of the doc fee, you wanted to charge me $4000 in "dealer fees" and "buyout fees". Also, **** credit does not say that we need to go to our originating dealer. In fact, since we're obligated to buy from a dealer, we can go to any dealer. **** even coordinated my buyout with another local dealer when they heard about how this one wanted to overcharge me. This dealer is very shady and unethical. Stay away.

    ******** refused to honor the lease buyout contract demanding an extra $3,000 in "Dealer Lease Buyout Fees" where there is no mention of this in the original lease contract.

    You may have had some payments left on your lease which may have inflated the price of your buyout. I believe there was a misunderstanding in regards to pricing however we will honor what ever price is on your contract.
