    **** from Crystal Travel is such a professional agent. He was always very responsive and respectful. When my original flight was cancelled and we were put on a flight one day earlier (which would have completely messed up my vacation schedules and the nonrefundable bookings I made), he calmed me down and made the switch of my flight with the most desirable outcome. I cannot thank him enough. I will definitely book my future long haul vacation through him as I know I will be well taken care of.

    Our group is traveling to ***** and I was having difficulty with the Airline App. The agent, **** ***, could not have been more understanding and patient. He walked me through uninstalling and reinstalling the app and loading our information "properly". I am now at ease with the information at my fingertips. He could not have been more helpful and professional.

    I recently booked two tickets from west coast/*** to ********. ******* provided clear, comprehensive information, offering several options and going over the pros/cons of each. He enunciated clearly (my hearing is not the best) and cheerfully repeated information.He went an extra step and sent my photos from the airline website so I could see the seat configuration when I was selecting seats. VERY useful
