This is an amendment to my first narrative regarding this issue. A day after I purchased a used vehicle that turned out to be a lemon from Exotic Automotive Group I asked ******* why he cancelled my loan from the bank and his response was "I'll make more money if you pay me cash directly". I made payments to *******'s cashapp. And today 06/10/2022 again he text and telephoned my mom looking for money. He has had other people call and text my mom. When 3 years ago I was trying to resolve the issue with ******* but was always only told that he was out of the country. **** never tried to resolve anything while ******* was "out of the country". They never wanted to give me the license plate either. I SHOULD HAD READ THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO GOING THERE. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT DISHONEST AND SCAMMING PEOPLE.Business response

I purchased a used vehicle from ******* of Exotic Automobile I requested a Fox report regarding any information on the vehicle and was told one will be provided and never appeared. 2 Days after driving started having engine issues I notified Exotic Automobile/*******/**** and continued to be given the run around. After many calls to their location I was told that ******* was not available as he had left the country. Again after many calls and visits to them inquiring as to the issues with the car and regarding the license plates was not given any resolution. **** during this time continued to call/text asking for payment in which I did make payments directly to *******'s cashapp. within 3 months the engine was no good. I advise by way of calls and texts and no response from them. 3 years later they are harrasing my mom calling and texting and having other people call and text my mom requesting money for a car that I notified them 3 years earlier that was not functioning. I should had read the reviews on them prior and learned how unprofessional rude fraudulent people they are running a scam on consumers.Initial Complaint

Customer came in with her mom to buy a car from us and she wanted to finance bc she didnt have money to pay in full for the car so we did the finance and she give me pay stub from her job and I send everything tot he bank and the bank found out customers doesnt work for the company she give us the info so bank canceled the deal and asked as to take the car back from the customer so we called the customer to return the car and she never answer and ran away with the car and we cant find her anywhere so we try to call her mom to see whats the deal and she answer and then hang up the phone we need to get this car back here we have the title she never paid for the car so plz if any help u can ask the customer if they can return the car or come pay the **** he and take the title bc the title still under the dealership name and I have prove of all the stuff I said
