    Ineffective product. Money back guarantee but an undetermined restocking fee is deducted plus they want $5.95 to return OR you can leave it on your doorstep and theyll pick it up AND DEDUCT $10 from your refund. ******. Live and learn.

    Don't purchase this product. It caused me to have severe cramping.I could never get them online or on the phone.Their return policy is bogus. If they really were serious about return no questions asked, they would give you the option online to return your ************** Scam!!!!!!!!

    Product does not do what it claims, it made me very ill, and when you try to cancel your subscription they still charge you. They do not respond to emails either.

    Terrible. They have a restocking fee which I don't understand how they're going to restock pills. Made me sick where I had to call out of work for 2 days. Regardless of me telling them that they kept to their standards of charging me restock and fee when I only took one pill. So not only do I have to pay for return shipping I also have to pay to restock it

    I ordered this product on June 30th, but it never came. It says the product was damaged during shipping. I called on August 13th and spoke to someone who said someone would get back to be for a FULL refund. It's October 1st today and still nothing

    Do not trust this company they do not refunds I requested a refund because I never recieved product. Per the tracking clearly says returned to sender. Obvi said they would not refund the money only resend the product they verified address and resent again it was returned to sender per tracking again. Verified with **** verified address again was incomplete sent proof that package was returned do to incorrect address even after verified. They keep leaving off the unit number. They still refuse to refund my $86. Now they are saying they want another address and refuse to refund. Even when the delivery issues are their fault. Their phone number just rings and rings no matter what time of day you call when it does pick up it says sorry voice mail full...this company stole $86 from me scammers

    I'm sorry shipping has been a headache. I see that we reshipped your order to you to the address you provided to us. **** has marked that address as VACANT. Unfortunately, mixups within the post office can happen and you may need to reach out to them to have this problem fixed. As per policy we only reship orders that have been already processed and shipped. However, I do see that we refunded you for your order. Again we apologize for the inconvenience!

    BEWARE! Purposely delayed responding to over 6 timely requests to cancel order. Then responded couldn't cancel because it had been processed. Processed order 20 minutes after saying couldn't cancel cause it was processed and 24 hrs after 1st request to cancel order. Called immediately with same response despite proof it was still there and not picked up yet. They further tried to delay speaking to someone else again. They intentionally delay responses to avoid canceling orders. Very unethical and shady business practices

    We're so sorry this happened! I see that you made your order on 8/8 at 6:11 AM and you did emailed us twice. The first email through the ************ was at 6:39 AM in which we responded with several articles with information followed by a message stating "This is an automated message. If it does not answer your question, just reply to this message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.", and you didn't reach back out until 9:24 PM (2nd email) later that night (after business hours, we hold regular business hours and our customer service agents are not available after 6 PM EST). Our Director of customer success reached back out to you at 7:18 AM the next morning (8/9) informing you that your order had already been processed, (Orders are processed within a couple of hours of the order being placed). Once an order is processed we can not cancel the order as it has been packed and on our shipping deck or on its way to the shipping company. We did inform you in our email conversation that, upon receiving your order we would be able to absolutely help you with a return. You also called in at 8:33 AM on 8/9 and you had a very heated 16 minute recorded conversation with our phone agent. Unfortunately, she was also not able to cancel your order as it was already processed. I also see that your order was delivered to you on 8/14 and have not requested a return. We hope you are enjoying the product!!
