    I ordered obvi elite on 10/14. This product has not worked as described. I have sent in 2 requests for a refund and have not heard anything back.

    I purchased the product on a whim! After reading real reviews the company seems to be selling its products in fake paid advertisements! I have contacted them no response! I tried to cancel my order the day it was placed but no response! I was told when ordering my order would not be shipped till 9/20/2024 however I called and they told me it was fulfilled so they can’t pull it now I will be charged a 20 percent restocking fee! Even though it has not been shipped and won’t be for 5 days! After seeing other real people reviews this company has ignored and charged peoples cards multiple times and will not respond. Some people haven’t even received their products after weeks of ordering! I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails or messages!

    I ordered obvi online a 3 month supply. They claim weight loss and hair growth with 90 day use. I finished it and got no results they claim money back guarantee. I reached out to them and never heard back at all.

    So they advertise a 90 day hassle free money back guarantee. I ordered the product and after 30 days realized the product was doing nothing. I requested a refund. I was then advised, which was never previously stated, there were several "catches" to get the refund. The email response I received was that I had to pay to return the item and then I would have to pay a restocking fee. This was never disclosed. The product does not do what it advertises to do

    I ordered obvi online a 3 month supply. They claim weight loss and hair growth with 90 day use. I finished it and got no results they claim money back guarantee. I reached out to them and they said since it was 3 days past the 90 days I was not eligible.

    We also use an automated software to automatically approve or deny returns which is set to that policy. So if the customer is 3 days late then yes the return will be denied. However if she got in touch with us directly via phone or email to indicate she was only a few days late on the policy we would have honored a one time courtesy however she did not let us know. 

     

    We are happy to refund this order and set up a return.

    I had a subscription that I no longer wanted or was considering changing to a different product. I was having trouble logging into my account. It said it would send me an email to reset my password, never received one as many times as I tried. Yes, I checked all my folders. There is a way to manage your subscription without logging in and I tried that as well. Said it sent a text, it did not. Before I knew it I got an email saying my auto shipment would be shipped soon. I sent customer service an email asking them to cancel the order. No response. Then before you knew it my shipment was shipped ( A LOT faster than my first order btw). Item was delivered, after still not receiving a response I posted in their *************** My post was denied and I was told to email the same email that never gave me a response. I did, again, I told them I couldn't access my account, that I didn't want the item, wanted a refund. I received a response offering no resolution to my account issues, was told it was already shipped and received and nothing they could do, not even a refund. Their policy is request a refund in 90 days, yet I was being told no refund? And still, no resolution to not being able to log into my account. I was provided with a link to request my refund. A process I can't see the status of, as I still can't access my account. It's been nearly a month of back and forth with them and there is still no resolution to my account or a refund issued. I want a complete refund for all of the hoops I have had to jump through and time wasted going through all of this.

    Purchased this product mainly because they brag about the 90 day money back . They will give you your money back minus restocking fee even though 2 bottle are empty and charge you shipping and ask that you put in a credit card to get a return label. I am getting about 20$ less back for bogus charges for a product that made me sick.

    I ordered product on 6/21/24. It never arrived. I contacted the company told them it never arrived and just want refund. They refused, said the package was list and would reship. I told them I didn't want it anymore and just wanted a refund according to their 90 day "no questions" asked refund policy. She told me to **** off. I've filed an FTC claim and I want a refund. To keep my money is a scam.

    I purchased 3 bottles of Obvi burn elite May 16th. I took it as instructed and it made me sick. My doctor instructed me to stop taking them. I filled out their form for a return authorization May 30th. I got a response June 4th that they received the request and I would hear back within 72 hours. It has been 2 weeks and I haven't gotten a response. I sent a second form, no response. They are not honoring their return policy and I am stuck with something I can't use.

    I signed up for a subscription to obvi burn. I used the product for three months with no results so I cancelled the subscription. A few months later I was notified of a charge for an order being placed. I tried to cancel the order and told the company I didnt want it, it was sent anyway. When the package arrived I marked it return to sender and dropped it the mail box. The company is refusing to refund my money saying they dont have proof I returned it. I am far from being the o ** person this company has stolen money from.
