    On November 8, 2024 an order( #*******) was placed for one Tripod Hanging Stand in the color black (ITEM: YMLG091) (PRODUCT: YML 4514BLK). Upon attempts to assemble the product I noticed that it was missing an essential piece and emailed the company of this on November 18, 2024. At that time I was led to believe that they would seek the missing piece along with detailed assembly instructions to date I have yet to receive the promised item or a refund for the purchase.

    This company has a repeated pattern of refunding their customers .01 cents for refunded merchandise, and had done this to thousands of people across *****************. They are engaging in interstate commerce fraud, which is a FEDERAL CRIME. I have reported them to the New Jersey Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commisison. They take back their merchandise and REFUSE TO REFUND the consumer their purchase. They make phony claims and place conditions/make excuses to not return the items even though items have been returned within the legitimate specified time frame. This company has an establish pattern and horrible, atrocious reviews from many other consumers whove they done this to. HELP!

    The customer returned the item with *** tracking #1ZH92F629087228780, saying the reason for the return was MISSED_ESTIMATED_DELIVERY (which the item was delivered 3 days after the customer placed the order).  Tracking shows:

    Our Halloween policy, as shown on our site:
    We will not accept returns on any Costumes purchased from Aug. 1 until Oct 30. - after October 30. Also, we will not accept any returns at all for any Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn. 

    This is not an unusual return policy, as most on line and retail stores, do not allow you to return a costume or accessories after Halloween.  The customer did not request a return from ****** until 11/2/2024 (after Halloween).  The customer has been calling & emailing us threatening our company & our employees (recorded calls).  The emails can be provided to show this.

    I returned an item I ordered unopened to unbeatable Sales they received the item back on September ******* it is now November 5 2024 and they have not refunded my money when calling they are stating I need to close my refund case before they will Issue a refund I may not be the brightest but that seems a little off

    Hello,

    The customer opened a return on *******, the customer returned the item due to buyers remorse and was not due a refund of the shipping cost.  We could not refund just the items cost with an open return on Walmart.  The customer was refusing to close the return & threatened a BBB complaint & a ****** case while on the phone yesterday.  Closing the return was not a scam.  We refunded in full yesterday to stop the threats.  The customer can verify this themselves.

    I ordered my brother a desk chair. There was no damaging to the packaging. When my brother pulled the chair out of the box to put it together, one of the legs was cracked really bad. When he went to sit on the chair after assembly, the leg broke all together. I emailed the company and told them about the issue. They requested pictures of the shipping box, the packing materials, and the defect itself. I have been emailing and calling them since October the 9th. They keep telling me that a refund was issued on Oct 19th. Today is Oct. 30th and I have not received any refund and my bank has no record of a pending deposit from this company.

    I purchased through ****** a toilet sear that showed a 1-year warranty I had taped my old seat together and continued using it until it fell apart. When I opened the box from UNBEATABLESALES ***** I knew why this was unbeatable - the workmanship was shoddy the cover will not stay connected to the seat, When I contacted them through ****** the warranty was changed to 30days and TOO BAD for you is the attitude of this company.The company advertised falsely and will not cack up their product. I am upset when buying online and receiving products that are not properly assembled or parts are missing and there is no recompense for me. I feel that I am being used by these scammers.

    Unbeatablesales.com or "Unbelievable" to be more accurate. I have been in a dispute with this company for the past week. I have contacted customer service 4-5 times seeking resolution of a dispute centered around a false advertisement and a delivery of item missing more than half the advertised (&necessary) pieces for installation. This dispute involves a spare tire carrier purchased for installation on a Jeep Wrangler. Everything from the ad photo to the ad description was misleading (The AD is still unchanged to date). This item was advertised as: Pivot HD Tire Carrier for 2018-2020 Wrangler JL. What I received was a hinge, no hardware, no pivot tire carrier, nothing else as seen in the ad photo. My initial query to customer service was where is box #2. Was informed this was all they were sending. Second query was with less than half of the components and no hardware, will the price be adjusted to reflect what was actually sent, unfortunately no but I could get a complimentary 15% adjustment. At this point, I am slipping further and further on my installation schedule. I simply want what was advertised (photo, description) or a price adjustment to reflect what was sent to me. Feeling the classic "bait and switch" here. I even contacted the manufacturer of this item, they were quite baffled that only the hinge was sent. According to Smittybilt, this item is packaged and sold only as a complete unit with all the required components for installation. How and why I only received a fractional unit is questionable and as stated "unbelievable". I have rejected both the 15% adjustment and return for refund options. I refuse to be set back any further with my install schedule. Either refund or reasonably price adjust and let me get on with my project, and please correct the advertisement. This IS NOT a HD Pivot Tire Carrier, and this IS NOT what is shown in photo. This is only one piece of a much larger kit. False Advertising.

    I am rejecting this response because:  while I understand that you now acknowledge that the item you have listed is not a complete set, the fulfillment of a complete set is not possible because of backorder.  I am stuck with just this piece or essentially nothing and my time wasted trying to find alternatives.  Please keep in mind, I purchased this item in good faith by carefully examining the photo you advertised and also the description you provided.  Nowhere in the description was this listed as a partial or incomplete set.  I am trying to find a middle ground where I am not the only damaged party here.  If the advertisement would have been complete and truthful, I may very well had sought out alternatives from the beginning.  I am now looking at being potentially several weeks behind on my project and no further along.  I will entertain a partial payment to keep the item but 15% is not reasonable when more than 50% of the advertised kit is missing.  Please find middle ground with me on this.

    April 22, 2024 $485.94 Halco AE7796XL Burgundy Velvet Santa Suit with overalls-extra large I tried it on. The suit was too big for me. On April 26, 2024 I talked with ******* in the companys customer service department. I explained the situation and she issued a return goods authorization number. I paid *** $38.21 to return the suit. *** confirmed that it was received by Unbeatablesales.com on April 30, 2024 On May 10, 2024 I called their customer service department. I talked with *****. She said they will not return my money because the suit was used. All I did was try it on and then repackaged it. I did not use the suit. I do not think just trying it on constitutes using it.I dont know if you are able to help me.

    The suit was returned not in the plastic bags that each item is enclosed in.  We cannot reship the item in the condition it was returned in, but we will as a courtesy we have refunded the item cost.  Customers do not like to receive items that look like they were previously opened.

    I purchased a tumbler cup and returned it because it was to heavy. The company refuses to refund my money because they said I used the cup. However I did not use it. Apparently, the company said there was scratches on the cup. Maybe there was scratches but it could of been when I took it out of the box. They now have my money and the tumbler. The company said it was unsaleable now. I would like the tumbler back if they won't give me the refund

    — On 1/26/2024 I placed ORDER #: ***************-1 through the ******* website for 1 ********* Power Systems Premium Stability Ball Rack Black - Pack of 2 $268.45 + tax & shipping. — My arrival confirmation email also said Pack of 2. — But, on Feb. 3, I only received one of the two items. — I reached out to ******* to notify them that I had only received one of the two items in the pack of 2 and they sent a message on my behalf to the Seller UnbeatableSale. The Seller's Customer Service Rep responded by email saying the quantity was a listing error and that I would not be receiving the second item in the pack. They suggested that I could get a "slight discount" on a second item or return the item that I had received. I told them that neither of those alternatives would be satisfactory. -- I went back and forth repeatedly through email and phone over the next several months with both ******* and UnbeatableSale requesting the second item and UnbeatableSale would not change their position even though their emails repeatedly referenced my order, which said: 1 ********* Power Systems Premium Stability Ball Rack Black - Pack of 2. I asked both companies to escalate the issue to their management and they did not carry through with the request. -- Throughout my phone and email conversations with both ******* and UnbeatableSale, I have been very professional and civil in tone. — I see the item is still sold by the Seller on the ******* website as a Pack of 2, but now for $343.36+tax and free shipping. So I know it is still in stock and available for UnbeatableSale to send me the second item. -- I understand that UnbeatableSale truly may have made a listing error on the ******* website, but the fact is -- the website, the company's reference to my order in emails and my arrival confirmation email -- ALL SAID IT WAS A PACK OF 2 at my purchase price. They should honor my purchase which was completed before they recognized their listing error. -- Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:    UnbeatableSale has not taken responsibility for this issue.  I purchased a Pack of 2 and they only sent me one, even though all of my confirmation emails identified the order as 2.  They did not tell me it was a listing error until AFTER I brought the issue to them.  I purchased two at the listed price and want my second item.  If they would send the item to me all would be resolved.
