      The Biotigen company sent my 90 year old dad (*********************, or as they have listed his name: *********************), automatic shipments of their supplements and charged his credit card automatically, in the amount of $69.95. I called the company and explained to them that my dad did not order these automatic shipments of supplements and in February of 2024, I sent the shipment back to the company, with an enclosed letter asking them to stop sending the supplements. I also explained over the phone that they needed to remove him from their system of the automatic shipments of the supplements, and remove his name from all correspondence that the company sends out. They said that they would do this and refunded the amount charged to his credit card. Today, May 11th, 2024, he has received another shipment and his credit card has been charged. They are not ceasing to send the supplement shipments as was agreed upon and causing undo hardship in having to return these supplements and get the credit card charges refunded each time they persist is sending these unwanted supplements.

      My husband was in a accident and has a head injury. He ordered these by mistake a year ago. We have tried to call but nobody answers. We have to keep canceling his card but they keep charging him cause they must have his checking info. Stop charging us and refund his money. First charge last month was $89.95. now he got charged again for $69.95 last week. Stop taking advantage of people

      Ordered product a year ago and under dr. **** advised to not take them. I returned them, but company keeps calling me for $$, and says they will renew subscription. New subscription came today.       Im asking that this company stop sending sexually soliciting mail or any other to our home. My husband ***************************** passed away last year. November 18. 2023.       Product was charged on 11/03/23. Unopened product was returned with **** tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 76 on 12/2/23. Tracking showed delivery on 12/4. A letter was enclosed requesting a full refund and that the account be permanently closed. As of 12/27, no refund has been applied. Note that previous requests that no further orders/ charges be applied have been made without success.
