      Purchased Donatelo product in August 2023 utilizing my **************** credit card While I am not really satisfied with the efficacy of the product , that is not the issue I have with Biotigen ... it is the fact that they have , without any authorization on my part continued to charge my Amex card for aditional purchases . This has caused Amex to place fraud alerts on my card and to reach out to me on a dozen or more occasions . The charging of my card , or at least the attempts have continued on no less that 5 occasions . Attempting to call and contact Biotigen is a total waste of time and effort . Thankfully Amex caught this , but the whole idea of their unauthorized attempts to charge me time and again is just wrong at every level of business practices !!

      I purchased the product and discussed with agent that I only wanted to try the supplements and would contact the company again if I wanted to purchase more of their product. I was assured that it was a one time purchase and that my card would not be charged again. The company put another charge on my account for ***** without my authorization. I would like my money returned.

      Biotigen charged my husbands credit card without his permission. His name *******************************, by saying that it was an online purchase . He does not know how to make online purchases. I have reported this to **************** as fraud.
