- Inspect your new mattress at the time of delivery. If there is a defect or a problem the company will take it back on the truck that day. You have the option of rescheduling a new delivery date or receiving a refund. Once the mattress has been delivered and is in the home overnight no returns are allowed. The company does not offer comfort exchanges under any circumstance.
