    I have a 2022 ****** Highlander. I took it there to get the splash guard fixed and Something else on the underside they kept my car for a week when I came to pick it up soon as I drove off the car broke again I brought it back to them. They gave me no rental car all they did it take the ports that were messed up off gave me my car back and told me, theyll put the parts or when the parts come after taking my deductible and not returning it back to me and sad its not their fault even though theyre the ones that fixed it or supposed to fix it I said progressive dropped the ball and didnt want to pay for the part so why give me the car if you knew it wasnt fixed 100%

    I have a rather old SUV. In an effort of preventative maintenance, I scheduled a multipoint inspection with Coleman (something I'd had done with them a few years ago) via their online scheduler. After receiving an email confirmation of the appointment, in the days leading up the appointment, I also received at least 3 reminder notifications in email on different days. Finally, on the day of, having taken the day off from work, I arrive to my appointment a few minutes early only to be told that they don't have an appointment for me. The girl I dealt with at the counter was very unsympathetic as she would only keep repeating that she didn't see an appointment for me even after I showed her the confirmation and the reminder notifications. So she finally tells me she'll try to get my SUV looked at so I leave it there. I return to Coleman sometime after 3:30 just to find out that they did absolutely nothing and only offered me a chance to make another appointment. Unbelievable! And also, the girl I dealt with at the counter, might want to try concealing the nasty attitude a bit better ESPECIALLY in a situation where the only person entitled to having a nasty attitude is the customer!

    Dear ********,We regret to hear about the situation you have described. When you came in that day it was scheduled for a complimentary multi point. There is no charge for that and just a visual inspection. Then upon check in you added additional concerns you wanted us to address. As your service advisor stated the shop was busy with prior jobs and we would do our best to get your vehicle checked over. Your service advisor called and asked if we could keep the vehicle overnight because we did not get to address the multiple concerns and you declined to keep the vehicle with us over night. We did not charge you anything and are sorry you feel this way but if we can help you with scheduling another appointment we will do so. Please give us a call and we would be happy to help.
