      2/16/24 was Charges $2,262.75 for blood work and testing that I DID NOT EVER have done. ACCU put it through insurance and received $134.55 of it. They want the remaining $257.68 that my insurance won't pay. I had the typical yearly gyno exam the day before.... they listed out that I had the following tests done: HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS, PCR (times 2), Bacteroides Fragilis, Mycoplasma Genitaluim, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus agalactiae, IADNA MULTIPLE ORGANISMS AMPLIFIED PROBE TQ, and IADNA NOS AMPLIFIED PROBE TQ EACH ORGANISM (times 8). Filed a fraud report with our health insurance on 3/4/25. Just received the bill in the mail 3/3/25.

      July of 2024 we paid a bill of 85 dollars to this company and we still receive bills of non payment 6 months later. We have emailed them statements from our credit card company showing proof of payment but they refuse to acknowledge any of it.

      I received a bill from ACCU reference *******. For $539.47 I have never been to this lab or dr ********* in ** I live in ******* **. I LIVE IN a large complex. With several buildings with different address the bill I received was not my address. I do not want my credit ruined.I would like this to be resolved. and the co. bill the right person. They are stressing me out. I am 82 years old and do not drive there is no way I could been to **

      Called and spoke to representative on Feb, 19 2024 to make payment of ********** received for services provided. I gave them my FSA Health Account debit card number to pay bill. I asked for them to send me a copy of receipt for billing purposes. I have spent approximately two weeks & numerous phone calls to no avail. They acknowledge that the invoice is now paid.....but can't seem to send me a receipt showing that I paid this bill. My FSA account is asking for proof of payment...and I can't provide at this time. ACCU keeps telling me that they sent email, but it isn't true. They claim that an associate in billing will send me a copy of receipt in the mail.       Accu Reference, a company who provided us with an in office phlebotomist, and with whom we had a professional relationship for 5 years, recently sent us a collection bill for COVID tests that were never performed. We believe they are doing this to retaliate that we chose to work with another lab, Quest, who is their direct competitor. They also accused us of cashing a check from our insurance which we NEVER did.They are threatening us daily with court action and credit reporting, which is unfair and unwarranted.

      My wife went to Dr ******* ******** D***** on 12/08/22 in ********** ** for follow up visit. I have to use ********** for her insurance. I received a bill for 4/1023 for amount $1,056.43 of lab works. They claim total amount $2,210.66 to my insurance, insurance ** only paid $214.52. How much does urine culture **st. I can't afford this.
