1 starThis company is absolutely horrible. If you are having a repair to a ******* product, tell them you want a different company. They use 3 different ones in the ********. If i could give a 0 rating i would. Like many others have stated the lady who answers the phone is very rude. 4 times I had an afternoon appointment and they call around 9:30am and saying they will be there in 20 minutes. 2 other times I had an afternoon appointment between 3-7pm. Both times they called after 7pm saying they would not be there til 10pm. I told them no you won't. Who does house calls at 10pm? One of the two times they actually showed up, the guy knew nothing about the TV. Didn't know what VRR was or Earc. Those are the 2 problems with my TV. The other time they actually showed up, the guy was late. He had to call the technical support number, but couldn't because they were closed since he showed up late. Complete waste of time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!Review fromEvie L

1 starI had an unfortunate experience with Service Quick while dealing with an issue with my ******* refrigerator. Our ice maker began freezing and stopped dispensing ice. Initially, ******* sent a ********** to replace the part under warranty. However, right after this replacement, the fridge started making a shaking sound.I contacted ******* and, after approximately five phone calls and two hours of my time, they sent out a ********** from Service Quick. This ********** informed me that the compressor needed to be replaced, and the cost would be around $600, plus labor fees. Despite my insistence that this issue began after the ice maker was replaced, he insisted the two problems were unrelated.Determined to resolve the issue, I contacted ******* again, explaining that the issues started after the ice maker replacement. They sent out a second ********** from Service Quick, who, contrary to what I was told, refused to replace the parts under the 90-day warranty. Instead, he insisted that I needed to pay for the compressor and then left. To my surprise, he also wrote a report claiming that I was confrontational, which was completely untrue. After more than 20 phone calls and over four hours of being passed back and forth between ******* and Service Quick, they finally made a ticket for a ********** to come back and replace the ice maker parts that were initially replaced. This issue made it clear that Service Quick was trying to upcharge me instead of solving the actual problem. Finally, after the parts were replaced under warranty, the shaking sound stopped. The whole experience has left me convinced that Service Quick was trying to take advantage of customers without properly addressing the defect they were already aware of.Service Quick's lack of accountability and poor customer support throughout this ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.Review fromDebbie H

1 starI got a message on the morning of the date of my scheduled repair that my part was on back order and they will have to reschedule. The next day they send a message that my ticket is closed because they could not contact me. That is a lie! No one tried to contact me other than to cancel the appointment. POOR customer **********************!!! They do not deserve even 1 star!Review fromHarry W

1 starThe repair process for my refrigerator took an unacceptable three weeks, during which time I lost hundreds of dollars worth of food due to spoilage. Additionally, I lost four full days of wages waiting for repair appointments that were repeatedly cancelled by the quick service team without prior notice. Each of these cancellations caused significant inconvenience, and I had to spend hours on the phone with customer **********************, which only worsened my frustration.Review fromJohn R

1 starI bought ******* kitchen appliances from **********. I purchased the 5 year extended warranty for each appliance. 4 years in and now I need to use the plan. The plan is managed by another horrible company called Asurion. ******* arranges for the repairs to be performed by Service Quick.Service Quick has sent the same repair technician to my home 4 times despite my objections and specific request to NOT send this individual. He cannot fix anything, says parts are on backorder ( they never come in) and then marked my malfunctioning refrigerator fixed when it was ****** latest nightmare with this awful company revolves around yet ANOTHER repair for this fridge. Using the extended warranty, I must call Asurion to schedule the appointment. I was given an appointment of Friday Nov. 8. When nobody called or texted to confirm, I called Service Quick to verify. They said I did not have an appointment and then scheduled me for Monday the 11th. I again requested to NOT have the specific tech come to my home, but guess who called me Monday morning? Yes, him. So I had to call and request a different tech. I was told the different tech would arrive between 1-3 pm, and he would call before *********** show, no calls, nothing. I called the office 4 times requesting to know if anyone was going to show. After 6 pm I was sent a text message saying the appointment would have to be rescheduled to the 13th.Bottom line: I have a worthless extended warranty, 2 inept companies s******* me over, and malfunctioning in repaired appliances.I had to leave a 1 star review because zero stars is not an option.Review fromAndrew P

1 starTook delivery of Samsung Bespoke Induction Range 6.3 cu ft oven in October of 2023. In September 2023, while boiling water in an induction-safe kettle, the range made a loud pop sound and shut off. Gave an F0 code on top on the range where the burner numbers usually are. Service Quick has been to my house for repairs 6 different times and have replaced everything on top twice now. It's been over a month and I still have a range that doesn't work. Service Quick has no showed several appointments because they didn't have the part in time or on hand. ******* wants to keep replacing parts and have spent the amount of the oven itself in parts and it still doesn't work, but they won't deem it unrepairable so I can get a replacement. This is totally unacceptable from a multi-billion dollar company. I'm completely dissatisfied and will not purchase from ******* again. Highly do not recommend.Review fromJay A

1 starterrible service company - seems they cannot get instructions from ******* correct or mis interpreted and make decision based on assumptions. without contacting customer for accurate information regarding service call, ******* scheduled a service call for my wall mounted ********** with Service quick where the screen was separating from frame on left side. Next day I received a text message from Service Quick that they will arrive between 9am and 5pm with a note indicating a firmer time will be forward tomorrow AM.Tomorrow AM, I received a text message stating the service called was cancelled as the panel was not available. No other explanation, I did not need any parts. just a way to secure TV screen to frame.I went back to ******* and apprised them of the situation,Review fromAnne C

1 starThis company is a joke. We have a ******* Washer that is part of a stackable unit in my townhouse. The company called me on Friday to give me an estimate & to advise that they were sending me an additional man which I was agreeing to pay additional money for due to the stacked machine. On the day that they were supposed to come the technician called me to advise that he was by himself and that I would have to unstack the machine by myself. He told me that I would have to call the company to set up the 2nd technician. I called & they advised that they were putting in the request and had to wait to hear back from the tech supervisor. I called again at 2:00 as no one got back to me and was told that they would not provide service unless I destacked the machines. They claimed that there was no supervisor or manager to speak with nor would they provide me with any additional information
