My car is missing the bottom cover. I Called the dealer that sold me the car, they said they will get me the cover. Now the dealer won't pick up my phone calls or replace the cover. It's a 2022 Jaguar Xpace. The place is called Milan Motors in ***************.Business Response

We have been working with this customer since he purchased the vehicle to fix the issue. He was scheduled to bring the car in yesterday 7/25/24 to get the bottom cover put on. The customer did not show up and we are unable to reach him.Initial Complaint

I purchased a used Infiniti from this business going on 3 years ago. The car was paid for in full on the day of the purchase. This vehicle was not financed. I followed the correct protocols , submitted all required documents to *** In ** , I received a rejection letter from*** stating that the odomoter reading was incorrectly stated on the title. I contacted Milan multiple times finally I called the office and spoke with ****** last May with the *** representative on the telephone call who gave ****** specific instructions on exactly what MILAN motors needs to do in order for me to receive my title from ***. As of today 6/20/24 I still have not received any resolve or resolution from this company. From the day of the purchase they received my mailing address, email address and telephone number. Of all 3 the only thing that has changed is my telephone number. My email address and mailing address remain the same and I have yet to receive any correspondence from them. They have my updated number as well. I need my title and I need a resolution from Milan Motors, enough is enough,Business Response

We have been working with ******** since she purchased the vehicle in 2022. The title had a clerical error on it when the State of ********** titled the vehicle. The error was not noticed until ******** registered the vehicle in the state of ********. The state of New York did register her vehicle for her but would not issue her a new title due to the error. The state of ******** would not accept a corrected title. ******** contacted us when this first happened and we had asked her to send the letter that the New York DMV had sent her this way we could handle the correction exactly how the state was requiring it to be handled. She never forward us the letter. She had changed her contact number a few times and we were unable to get in touch with her until she contacted us. She had contacted us with the ** DMV on the phone. The ** DMV was requiring a letter from the ** DMV on letter head that they mad a mistake on the title. The ** DMV refused to write the letter and stated to us that this was not something that they do. When we heard from ******** again, we told her this and that she needed to contact the ** DMV and see what else they would accept because the ** DMV was never going to produce that letter. We were unable to follow up with the ** DMV ourselves because we were no longer the legal owner of the vehicle. We had to wait to here from ******** because her contact information had changed again. She recently contacted us again and we requested that she contact the ** DMV. She did and gave a list of documents that the ** DMV would accept. We kept in touch with her via email this time. I purchased a used 2020 Alfa ***** from Milan Motors on the date of June 27th, 2023. The actual process of paying for and obtaining the vehicle was smooth. ****** the manager who completed the transaction was nice enough. The issues started when my insurance company reached out to me asking for proof of in state registration for the car and said that they will increase my policy and void my policy if that and certain other items were not received. I called Milan Motors and requested when did they send out the application for registration to ******* where I live, and I was initially told they don't know. Then after further prying and asking for multiple days, the manager ****** said that the operations manager ******* told him to tell me that it was sent last week. I asked for proof of that, and was told they have nothing to show because they use a 3rd party. I said ok, can I get a tracking number or a time stamp to show my insurance company. Very simple request, they didn't give me anything in return. I've called multiple times to speak with *******, and she was supposed to call me, which she never did. I'm now in a situation where I'll have expired temp plates tomorrow, even though I was told by ****** that the plates will be in within the 90 days, and they have never had an issue with getting the plates in on time. 99% he said exactly. This all could've been avoided if they just gave me a screen shot or a copy of the ***** slip, anything.Business Response

Unfortunately, this complaint is not an accurate description of the situation. ***** has an individual named ****** reaching out to us on her behalf. We have been speaking to him. When we were made aware of the insurance company issue from ******, we immediately contacted the insurance company to see what we could provide for them as proof that the registration is in progress. We were made aware by the insurance company that the customer was not receiving a payment increase and that proof of registration was needed by 9/6/2023. The issue the company was having with the mutual customer was due to the customer not providing the insurance company with proof of address. This matter was between the customer and their insurance company, it had nothing to do with the registration or the dealership. ****** called the store numerous times, unfortunately the **************** has their paperwork, so we were unable to provide him with new information because we don't have any. We do utilize a third party and we have been in contact following up on the registration. The **************** has the paperwork and will process it on their time and not us, the third-party service, the customer, their insurance company or the ******************** has any control over the ******* DMV's registration turnaround time. ****** has not been satisfied with that answer and gets aggressive on the phone. He has made it clear that they need the plates to rent out the vehicle.We are not going to jeopardize our relationship with our third party by giving information to a customer who will then continue these types of phone calls to the third party. We have done our best to accommodate this customer. They hit another vehicle on our lot and caused damage to the vehicle we did not charge them for the damage and did not put an insurance claim in so that we would not increase their insurance rate. We have done everything we can to get the registration in a timely manner and there is nothing we can do to speed up the process. No matter how many times the customer or her advocate contact the dealership or anyone else that information will remain the same because there is no new information until the **************** registers the vehicle. I am rejecting this response because:
I need to see the tracking number when the registration was sent to *******? They dont got posesin of any paperwork from Milan motor, the **************** its horrible,
They are lying The cash out my check July 05, and they even has sent the titles to my bank institutions, all they care about is sell they charged us over 3k for registration and dont got the job in at time manner, regarding the car
Incident they say was fine and anything really happens honestly, they used to call us when they wanted us money now they just lying, this bussines got horrible reviews in carfax, and wherever bussines I do whit my cars is not they problem, I paid they car in full I dont own then anything, In the other hand they charge me for at service they havent provided, by law any update regarding tracking number of the registration resquest, and they denied to give us the information, this bussines its no reliable and should be investigated, They are liars, and the staff does not have any kind of education or customer service,
