I spoke to a salesman twice, including the day before.I went about the car I was interested in buying. I explained to him that I would be driving three and a half hours to see the car. I left my home early that day and after I was driving an hour and a half I received a text message from the dealership saying that the car was sold. I couldn't even call the dealership because they were not even open yet. I proceeded to drive to the dealership to talk to the owner. Who said to me i'm sorry things happen. Things don't happen that you don't have the common courtesy to call me the night before.I don't care what kind of system you have at your dealership. I will never buy a car from them nor should anyone else. I usually always check the reviews from the Better Business Bureau, I didn't think I had to because this was a dealership ****** learned if I had I would have known that no one recommends this place. Beware If you want to buy a car go somewhere where where the sales people actually care about you and not just selling a car.

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WITHIN 24 HOURS - $5K PLUS OF REPAIRS NEEDED Bought a 2013 **** allroad from *****. After paying 2k over the price listed on the website for their comprehensive inspection, bought the car as is. As luck would have it, check engine came on the next day and since notifying them, they have become completely unresponsive. Car wont pass inspection and and is now at an **** dealership getting a new timing chain and fuel pump. My service manger is convinced they turned off the check engine light by clearing the codes before selling. Milan made it seem like they would work with me when i spoke to them, but now they are not even calling back. Funny thing is ***** said he used to work for a non-profit, now he just helps Milan rip people off.while i feel like a complete sucker, this place sets a new low for dealerships.

Drove over an hour to see a vehicle based on advertised price. After a test ride, they added $2,800 in fees. Doc, DPU and etch fees. I fully expected to pay tax and registration fees on top of the advertised price, but the additional $2,800 in non government fees is a highly misleading business practice. If visiting this dealer, ask about non government fees they will be charging before investing your time to drive to this dealer. We walked away from this deal.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Milan Motors that I feel compelled to share. When I first saw their advertisements, I was excited about the competitive prices they were offering on a range of vehicles. The advertised prices seemed too good to be trueand unfortunately, they were. After selecting a car that I was interested in, I visited Milan Motors to finalize the purchase. However, during the closing process, I was shocked to find that the price had suddenly increased significantly. Despite the initial quote and the prices prominently displayed in their advertisements, the final price included numerous hidden fees and additional costs that were never mentioned upfront. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is not only unethical but also highly misleading. As a customer, I felt deceived and frustrated by the lack of transparency and honesty. The whole experience left a sour taste, and I would strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with Milan Motors. Its important to thoroughly read the fine print and be prepared for potential hidden costs. If you choose to do business with them, ensure that you get a clear and detailed breakdown of all expenses before committing to anything.Overall, I am very disappointed with Milan Motors and their deceptive pricing practices. This experience has made me lose trust in their business, and I will not be returning or recommending them to others.

If you are looking for a nice car, this is not the place to buy one. They are very shady. My husband and I purchased a s550. We drove all the way from ****** to buy it. We test drove the car and loved it. After we purchased the car. They handed us 1 key fob! And they just shrugged their shoulders like yeah thats all we got. Shouldnt you have told us that upfront? Once we pulled off the lot the tire lights went on. We didnt even get down the street. We had to go back, again we live in ****** so how would we make a 2 hour drive like that? They put air in the tires and said the pressures were off because the car had been sitting. We made it home only for all of the tires to continue to do so. The next week the A9 service light came on. Ok maybe no big deal. The day before we took it the heat stopped working! I asked for that to be checked during the A9 and to my surprise the hose, valve and coolant needed to be replaced! Oh and let me not forget to mention all 4 of the rims on the car had been cracked and then fused back together! We were told it would not pass inspection. What a rip off! They have nice cars but they sell lemons! Be careful. This was shady shady shady! Id go somewhere else to buy a high end vehicle!
