    I purchased a ninebot F65 scooter for ~$800. The product itself worked great until it got a flat tire. The issue came with its customer service and repairability after speaking with customer service (which doesn't have any offices in the **, so I had to email them at 1:00 am). I decided to try to repair it myself, but that was a huge mistake. They designed the scooter so that if you need to repair something, it will easily take your whole weekend and likely s**** something else up. Before I even had the opportunity to fix this tire, I had to disassemble the entire frame, disconnect the taillight from the power source, etc. It was a nightmare.After that debacle, It went on for another 2 weeks until I got another flat. I sent it to the repair station this time. The repair station sent it back to me even more broken than before:A) destroying the bell provided. Once it came back, it was no longer usable B) Breaking a piece of the back fender hinge, effectively making it impossible to fold the scooter up safely C) Failing to provide the materials needed to put it back together after repairing it.I sent it back because this was unacceptable, I then received it with a taillight completely destroyed and the left blinker not even attached to the scooter. It was such a horrible experience that spanned roughly 6 months from start to finish (keep in mind they only email me at roughly 1 am on weekdays). Please choose their competitors!

    My son worked hard for years and saved up $4300.00 to buy the normally $6000+ ebike on sale. In the first week of light trail riding, the front rim bent significantly. I took it to the local motorcycle shop here in South *********, ** who took a lokk and said we would have to deal with the warranty. Segway-Ninebot has absolverd themselves of all responsibility in helping us and said they would only sell us a new rim. Unfortunately they have been out of stock of siad rims and the last 2 I have opurchased online unfortunately do not fit right and can't be used. This ebike stinks and my son so regrests buying it. Please don't waste your money with a company that refuses to back their product. They actually said it came out of the box not bent (which is true) and so it is user abuse. The ebike will not hold up, period.

    I purchased a Segway x260 dirt bike about 1 1/2 years ago. The bike is excellent. The customer support is not. I cannot buy any parts for this dirt bike anywhere. The company is now in ***** and are out of stock on everything. If anything breaks or wears out, I am ***. I have spoken to the ONE dealership in ********** and they are out of everything also. The tech support at Ninebot told me they are out and have no idea when they will have anything. A most distressing and unacceptable situation. I spent a huge amount of money on the purchase of the bike and now have no access to any parts of any kind. Please take this into consideration when contemplating a Segway purchase. In other words, don't buy from Segway.

    My S-model hoverboard needs repair (after only 1 year) and not one single Segway-Ninebot store in the entire ************* will touch it. Comments from my attempts to contact potential service centers has returned comments like, "Oh, we don't touch those...", "No way, ya, they come from *****", "You have to fight your way in their customer service and then get it sent in to their ***** service center". None of those helped.My call to Segway-Ninebot's so-called customer service results in them stating that they will put my name on a wait-list for "when our service center' re-opens. I own several products from them and over the past few years this has been an on-going story as I've attempted various fixes to issues with their products.Yet, Segway-Ninebot continues to flood the ** market with tech that apparently CANNOT BE FIXED by anyone except Segway-Ninebot. And their "service center" has been and continues to be closed for years now. Basically, once your 1-year limited warranty ends you have to recourse except wait.It seems very unfair that Segway-Ninebot can continue selling products in ***************** that cannot be repaired.

    Awful experience. Website is confusing. I ordered the wrong charger. **************** did not answer calls or emails for 6 months, then states the item did not come from them, though they recognize it. Also deny recognizing their own item/order codes. It is possible I bought a counterfeit item. In any case, ninebot US is not interested in helping. I would caution anyone dealing with them. I can provide photos of the item and the email address of my ninebot contact to any interested party.
