I ordered a pair of shoes online, advertised as available. After weeks of waiting with no delivery date confirmation. I deputed the charges through my bank and then they reached out apologizing and saying they will make it right. So I returned the money to them and have been waiting for now a month for them to even respond to my questions via ********, email and phone calls. They will not respond about a return or anything now. Id despite it again but I want the shoes. All I want is the product I paid for and it seems as though they took my money and will not be sending the product. Can you do anything to help?Business Response

I placed an online order from Freedom Industries on 11/2/2024. I’ve yet to even receive and tracking number. The business does not return phone calls nor reply back to emails. I ordered shoes on 18 March 2025. Received an email confirming order and stated once the item has been shipped I will get tracking information. Now 10 April, there has been no change in the order status. Reached out to Freedom Industries via email (only contact option) received generic response stating warehouse is backed up and item should ship soon. That was 2 weeks ago and still no status change. Have reached out numerous times since and the company has gone dark. Reading the reviews on BBB website and there are a large amount of complaints with similar complaints. I ordered the products on 11/18/2024. I received an email from them on 02/01/2025. The tracking link that I received did not work to track my package. I started emailing them on 02/23/2025 to find out where my order was. It took several attempts without a response emailing them. I ******** messaged them on 03/20/2025 and received an email saying they didn't know what happened but resubmitted the order. I received an email that the order was resubmitted but no tracking link on 03/28/2025. I have yet to receive another email regarding the shipment. I have made several more attempts by email, phone, and ******** messger with no results. I am rejecting this response because:I understand the difficulty in their situation. However, I don't understand the inability to express their issue or respond to email, phone call and ******** messages. I do like the previous product that I received from them so I am interested in receiving their products. I would like for the business to respond to my emails or call me at **************** in regarding my order. I am looking for an actual response to my individual order and not a general response to their business issues that get sent out to everyone. I was told my order would be fulfilled by the end of the week two weeks ago when the shoes were in stock but it did not get fulfilled as stated in their response. I will be patient for the order but would like customer support to do their end and at least give me a true response to my individual order.

I purchased items on December 1 2024 and have not received the items to date. I have reached out to the company several times with no responses on a status update or a refund of the items purchased.
