      Company claims to have goods in stock. Order sits in unfulfilled in the Shop app.Send an email that they will follow up with an order a month late. No shipment. No customer service response. Disputing transaction with credit card company

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS *************** I ordered shoes in February. Still no shoes or tracking info. No answers to phones or email. Finally through social media, they said theyd refund me, and almost a month later, still no refund. DO NOT SUPPORT FREEDOM INDUSTRIES!!!

      This business is a huge disappointment!!! I ordered shoes two months ago and have not gotten them. I have called a number of times and emailed them with absolutely no response! Freedom industries should not be in business!

      Ordered a pair of shoes. After a month I reached out to customer service with no reply. Then started spamming their social media and was contacted back with the promise that they would ship by the end of the month AND get a refund. I am now two months later and still no shoes or refund. They stole my money and refuse to respond to any messages

      ************. I ordered a pair of shoes from their website and got an email confirming the order, credit card charged. Cool. I waited for a shipping notification. Weeks go by. Nothing. Ok, I try to call them to see whats up. No answer. Leave a VM, no reply. Another week, and repeat, this time I also emailed them. Nothing. Some days go by and I try to contact them again. NOTHING. So this time I went to their ******** page and messaged them that way. What seemed like a bot picked up the chat and after a brief back and forth of me asking them to cancel the order, the bot said I would get a refund in a few days. Big surpriseTwo weeks later and nothing. Tried the ** messenger again and now they wont answer that either. DO NOT GIVE THIS ************ YOUR MONEY. *** filed a fraud report with my credit card, and theyve refunded my money.

      THIS "BUSINESS" WILL TAKE YOUR $$ AND RUN. 1 item ordered, 2 months and over $100 later, 1 excuse, 4 requests for refund, 6 phone calls unanswered, 11 emails, 0 shipping, 0 refund, 0 status, I wish 0 stars was an option.

      I ordered a pair of shoes on February 27, 2025, and after a month the shoes had not shipped. After contacting their customer service they started that they had experienced a bit of a slow down fulfilling the latest batch of orders. A week later Freedom Industries sent an email stating that their third party fulfillment partners were responsible for the delay and they were moving fulfillment back in-house, but because of the move they would not be able to ship my order out until the end of April. End of April would put my order at two months before shipment. I have tried reconnecting their custom service and they have not responded to my multiple emails. I have learned my ****** and will not order from them again.
