            On Monday 1/15/2023 i financed a vehicle from European Auto expo for ****** and a **** down payment and ran into some issues right after. prior to leaving the location i told them the vehicle has a service message displayed on the dash. it was discussed to take it back and the service would have been performed. upon arrival on Saturday i provided them with a sheet provided by ***** of the services that would be required. initially i was lied to that the vehicle was serviced 3mnths prior. the vehicle had 2 rear tires with 50% thread life,brakes at 50% or less pads(car shakes once accelerated speed) no coolant no windscreen fluid brake fluid needs to be exchanged and tire rotation is needed. These people tried to go around the bushes and tried to justify the lies and lack of customer satisfaction that was provided. these people showed no care for the unsafe condition that they provided me the vehicle in. With all the services that are required i only asked for the oil change and brand new breaks and that was too much to ask for. This experience has been nothing but a disaster that has left a bad taste in my mouth. All they care about is just making a sale and nothing else. All i am requiring is basic maintenance service that should be provided prior to a vehicle being sold.

            European Auto Expo defrauded me $7,500.00 I bought a used ******** **** E350 from this company in January 2024. The negotiated price agreed on was $30,000.00. I made a down payment of $6,167.00 at the dealership and they convinced me to finance the rest of the purchase through ***************** It was a couple of months later that my accountant flagged the car purchase.European Auto Expo had pocketed my down payment of $6,167.00 The company then deceptively and secretly tagged $7,500.00 onto my *********** car loan to hide the theft.When I confronted them about this the Manager told me the $7,500.00 was a "Dealer Prep Fee" he had unilaterally added to the car price without my consent and without informing me! There was no dealer prep fee listed on the purchase documents.$7,500.00 Dealer Prep Fee on a $30,000.00 used car!The Manager claimed it was legally allowed in ** and I can't do anything about it. I am still paying the car loan to this date.Please, please, don't go to this used car seller unless you want to be picked clean. Don't get fooled like me because they are Muslims and I was brought up to believe Muslims are honest. These people are daylight robbers!
