            I ordered railing and gave *** a $4000.00 deposit June 3, 2021, which he prompted cashed on June 3, 2021.My contract states completion in eight weeks, signed by ***. If you call Brothers Railing no one answerers, ever calls back on Blocked # saying this is his private phone.In October *** finally gave me a date for him to install my railings, I prepared my house rolled up all carpets and he was a NO SHOW!This happened two more times, each time he gave me an excuse and each time I was nice about it.And each time I attempted to call.of course no person answerers the phone.Then at the end of Oct his partner **** called and gave me some excuse and said that they might be able to come install soon, I said I just want him to give me a date and stick with it, please dont tell me you are coming (have me prepare) and then just dont show up, I told him Im not listening anymoreat that He got mad at me and said he will not install my railings.Because no one from Brothers answers..I found *** on ******** and PMed him Where are my railings?????? Why is no body getting back to me....why do you tell me your coming and not show up!!! Three timesJon responded with This is my private space and you are invading it:He made no attempt to return my $4000.00 deposit until I got the police involved to date I have receive $2000.00.

            Would not even give one star but had to in order to write this review. Well, we are waiting for over 2+ years. Been very patient during COVID, but to see other jobs being done and ours constantly being ignored and a couple of no shows. And once I went on FB and see jobs being done and photos posted was unacceptable. Now install was started last week (that was 8 weeks ago) and waiting on cables, and no return calls again. Back porch railing not even started after promise will return this week (that was before Memorial Day). With holiday I am very skeptical. And I it didnt happen. Had my elderly parents here to visit which they were aware of and just empty promises. Everything from deaths in the family to our rep is on vacation in ******* grandson will be here this weekend to help and no show. No call or anything. **************** is seriously lacking. Dont even mind the old school answering machine but no one returns the calls. And I believe they screen calls since they had picked up mid call on occasion. (was calling a couple times a day at this point). Craftsmanship is also an issue with our job. Granted the railings sat in a container (both my landlord and I saw when we physically went to the shop), unwrapped for about 2 years. And how do they not have the cables in all this time. Now when front railing was finally installed wrong cable came in and the correct ones out of stock. Was suppose to be a couple weeks. And I understand the inventory issues now but I still dont believe a word anyone says at Brothers Railings. We have even been by the shop a few times in addition to calling daily. Now the company has split, and supposedly **** is handling our account but looks grim that it will get done. Highly recommend steering clear of Brothers Railings and the spin off companies. This has been going on since August of 2019. I regret my landlord chose them to do the work. Wish he would have read their reviews first. Just feel taking advantage of hardworking people.
