    I placed an order 12/7/24 and emailed immediately to ensure I'd have my order by 12/18/24 since it was going into a gift basket my 9 year old was creating. I have three emails with promises of shipment and it has yet to ship and now I cannot get an answer. The order was $130+ and I'm without the sole purpose of the purchase, the gift products. The company is advertising a shorter shipping window to get products to people by Christmas but they aren't fulfilling my order!

    Hello there. We truly do apologize for the delay in fulfillment and for the inconvenience caused. We are receiving high volume of incoming orders and are processing all orders in a timely manner. Your order was shipped out on Monday December 16 and according to ***** it was due to be delivered by the end of the day on the 17th, however as per your request we contacted ***** and stopped this shipment and issued a full refund on your order. Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused and delay however we do ensure that all orders will be delivered on time that the customer has intended.

    I placed an order for a holiday gift, and it was sent to the wrong address. I contacted ***** who said the shipping label was wrong but they can not do anything as the package was already delivered. I contact supermarket italy, and they also would not help me, or even offer a refund. So now my friend has no gift and I am out ******************************* question is NO. SMI-****** it was supposed to be sent to *************************************************. It was delivered to ******************************************. The receiver even tried to get the package and it wasn't there. This is ridiculous.
