    I used this company for years, and they were reliable until now. I ordered from them, my card was charged but the order didn't go through. The items remained in my cart. I called, was told to re-send the order. Same result - the items remained in my cart but my credit card was charged. I do not recommend this business. Something has happened and they are no long reputable. Avoid!!!

    I placed an order on July 3, 2023 and finally received it yesterday, July 13, 2023. I ordered flour from France, olives, pasta, a can of ground coffee, two boxes of jackfruit, and balsamic vinegar. The packaging was very poor. Everything arrived dusted with flour. The bags of olives were all placed into one box with no ice pack or insulation of any kind and the packages have "Keep Refrigerated" on them. We are in the Phoenix area and it was over 110 yesterday so you can imagine how HOT everything arrived. Who knows if they are spoiled or not. The boxes of jackfruit were smashed and opened. The coffee can was dented beyond repair. The package was sent on 7/7/2023. So that is six days for a delivery. According to their website refrigerated items would be sent second day. Well, maybe this is the fault of ***** but it doesn't seem that way. I order from a similar online company that is located in ********** and, now I know, I will stick to ordering from that company even though some prices are higher and some items are not available.

    Hello there *******.We truly apologize for this experience. Please note that we carefully pack all items however during delivery sometimes packages are mishandled. Have you contacted our customer support team for assistance regarding this matter? We always like to make things right with our customers.

    Simply Awful customer service. they shipped the wrong product, asked me multiple time to send them pictures of the wrong product I received when i asked to speak to the manager i got someone else in customer service. finally had to demand a return label to send the wrong product back and then nothing. now have to contest the charge. and its not the first time that they sent the wrong product.

    I ordered several items from them including organic lemon juice. When I finally received the order, the lemon juice had expired on 8/31/2021 last year! When I alerted cust svc by email they didnt respond but refunded my money. What reputable business sells expired organic merchandise? I didnt even receive an apology. They probably thought I wouldnt notice. I will never order from them again

    Sent me meat without properly keeping it cool. It was rotten by the time it got to me, and I have been unable to reach anyone via phone, email, or chat after several attempts.
