Hello,Thank you. That is not case at all I have a video and email to Jaguar showing and stating that the piece was loose and coming off and the interior seal was damaged from them fixing my seal that was falling. How can you say that this is caused by an external influence ? Youre taking a word of Jaguar of *************** when I have the evidence here ? They fixed my car improperly. It is my understanding the trim has been deemed damaged by an external influence and therefore it is not warrantable. So there isnt any confusion - I am supposed to schedule a time to take my car in with Jaguar of **************** and once scheduled, I would let you know that date? Concerning Jaguar ***************- the reason I am soured is because the General Manager ************** ***** is not a nice person. The dealership didnt fix my car, they made it worse and instead of wanting to help me by fixing their mistake, he threw me out of his dealership with my car in need repair because I was upset and because I didnt purchase my vehicle through their dealership (his words). No costumer/client should be treated like that in any business. Id rather be inconvenienced and have my vehicle taken to a dealership 2 hours away, where Im valued than to step foot in Jaguar *************** ever again. I hope we can have Jaguar Fort ***** issue me a written apology when this is concluded and if these warranted items cannot be covered under my warranty by Jaguar ****************, I would ask that Jaguar Fort ***** pay their invoice.Thank you again for all of your help. Unbelievable terrible customer service! Land ********************** has agreed to buy back our 2023 Defender but will not respond to any emails or calls. We are not clear how the process works at this point , we have signed, notorized and returned the paperwork weeks ago and not one response to our many attempts. This has be a total nightmare for the last 10 months! ( 2 months to get a service appointment, 4 months in service( no parts, couldnt fix problem) and 6 months in the buy back situation) We were total Land Rover enthusiasts prior but now so completely distraught and disappointed with how poorly this company handles their clients. Is the *** aware of this? Whats the deal?Review from Tina C

I have been a loyal Land Rover Customer. Recently purchased a 2023 Land ********************** Defender. I have been without my car since November 2023 due to a car accident that wasn't my fault. They don't have the parts in stock and I have been without my vehicle, loaner or rental car since last year. They told me its a possibility that I would be reimbursed for the rental, so I turned the rental car in. I can't take a chance on renting a car and not being reimbursed. I'm already paying a car note and full coverage insurance for a vehicle I can't even drive right now. Buyer beware do not purchase a Range Rover, Jaguar or anything Land Rover. They do not care at all. I tried reaching out to a manager or corporate and they told me they don't have a corporate office. They have lost a customer. The right thing to do is at least make sure I have a replacement vehicle until the parts are available.Review from Charles C

Purchased a 2024 Land Rover DefenderWorst decision ever! Over priced junk and the service is even worst! Took my brand new vehicle in for a defective tail door window defroster element. Not only did they not repair it but caused more issues by not putting the tail door panel back on correctly and damaged a part. I complained to JLR corporate and just lip service. This is a terrible company JLR and their dealers. Stay away!!!Review from Saundra H

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING LAND ROVER!!!!!!!!Land Rover has the worst customer service. If it were not for the customers, they would not be in business. My car was vandalized a month ago and because they dont have any manufactured parts, it could be two more months that my car will be sitting. On top of that, I asked them to provide more with a loaner or continue to pay for my rental but their policy is they wont reimburse until after the 60th day. They know what they are doing because insurance only pays up to 30 days and you have to pay 30 days without any reimbursement from them. Youd probably have to take then to court to get reimbursed after the 60th day. They are the worst and if Id known this three years ago, I would not have set foot on the lot.Review from Anne F

Took my Jag F series in for fluid change and one recall they had notified me about during covid. They told me I had another recall (was not notified on the second one) and also said i need other fixes such as brakes and lights, that went to appx $10K. The car had appx ****** KM. They would not fix the recalls unless I paid for them because they claimed the recalls had expired. REALLY? WHY DIDN'T THE ONE NOTICE THEY SENT REFER TO ANY EXPIRY DATE?? Recalls DO NOT expire. The manufacturer is responsible to correct their issues. They wanted to charge me for itand one person even said.well you dont really need to fix it anyways. I said ok great, can you put this in writing? Oh no, we cannot do that. I escalated and while I was waiting for their response as to whether they would cover the cost of their recalls, the service centre calls me to say they will charge me 50 bucks per day if i don't come to pick up my car (was in shop for 3 days). Unbelievable. They just lost another customer!Review from Marty M

Not good. The service side is terrible. In the ****** ****************************** you can expect the worst every time. On top of that, theyll send you non stop please review requests that speak to their lovely hood having good reviews and guilt (instead of doing a good job mind you). BEWARE OF ANYTHING INVOLVING JAGUAR LAND ROVER!!!!!!!and JAGUAR LAND ROVER NORTH AMERICA The CORPORATE OFFICE Treatises Customers Like GARBAGE!!!!If you try to file a claim through their Customer ******************** at their **************** they will try to befriend you, and sound like their on your side to help. But in the end they are only gonna DENY any claim, or Help you seek!!LAND ROVER MAKES EXTREMELY TERRIBLE Vehicles, and ********************** at the Corporate level is Disgusting!, And Very Very RUDE!!!!Do Not WAST YOUR TIME!or MONEY!! You gonna regret it.Their Vehicles Have Serious: ELECTRICAL, AND SOFTWARE, AND MECHANICAL ISSUES.and Im talking from experience.I Started having these issues after 2-3 Months of Buying a LandRover Sport HSE Brand New off the Lot!!! Had to have my Land Rover taken over there since it broke down, they said my purge valve needed to be replaced because it wasn't connecting and couldnt connect, said they wont look at anything else until they replace It . My warranty wouldnt cover, they gave me a total of how much it would cost out of pocket. Well I decided to take the car back instead of them fixing it. 250 later getting my car out, we decided to take apart the car where the purge valve was the next day and it was in perfect shape and wasnt disconnected with no loose cords, had dust and looked like nobody ever even touched it. They lied and scammed us. These people are crooked.Review from Shakayla S

Poor quality expensive truck that constantly has problems. Bought a 2021 Jaguar e pace. Since Ive brought this car Ive been having issues just this year its been in the shop several times each time I get it back the same light comes on and another issue is seen. This truck is clearly a lemon. Jaguars are horrible cars and the representatives do the bare minimum. My children and I almost died on this vehicle from a broken axle. Once the vehicle was picked up the next day another light came on I took it back and its still in the shop. No one from the shop has reached out to me to let me know the vehicle would have to be in the shop for multiple days. I have no loaner vehicle. Nor a rental. This is ridiculous
