1 starHad to have my Land Rover taken over there since it broke down, they said my purge valve needed to be replaced because it wasn't connecting and couldnt connect, said they wont look at anything else until they replace It . My warranty wouldnt cover, they gave me a total of how much it would cost out of pocket. Well I decided to take the car back instead of them fixing it. 250 later getting my car out, we decided to take apart the car where the purge valve was the next day and it was in perfect shape and wasnt disconnected with no loose cords, had dust and looked like nobody ever even touched it. They lied and scammed us. These people are crooked.Review fromShakayla S

1 starPoor quality expensive truck that constantly has problems. Bought a 2021 Jaguar e pace. Since Ive brought this car Ive been having issues just this year its been in the shop several times each time I get it back the same light comes on and another issue is seen. This truck is clearly a lemon. Jaguars are horrible cars and the representatives do the bare minimum. My children and I almost died on this vehicle from a broken axle. Once the vehicle was picked up the next day another light came on I took it back and its still in the shop. No one from the shop has reached out to me to let me know the vehicle would have to be in the shop for multiple days. I have no loaner vehicle. Nor a rental. This is ridiculousReview fromRonald R

1 starMy wife and I are dedicated, repeat, Land Rover owners. Through out the years we have purchased 5 different Land Rover vehicles. We purchased a **** Discovery, **** Range Rover HSE, 2008 Range Rover HSE, 2012 Range Rover HSE and 2016 Range Rover Sport. Our 2016 Range Rover Sport has currently ****** miles on it and the once gorgeous white leather interior has been excessively deteriorating, rapidly. This deterioration actually began while the vehicle was in the ****** mile range. The front seats have basically lost the top layer of the leather leaving it to look more like an extremely high mileage vehicle. We understand that the vehicle is out of warranty and even though we have purchased an extended warranty through the Land Rover dealer, seat covers are not covered. Since we are repeat Land Rover owners and wished to continue to be, we were hoping that the Land Rover customer Relations team could be able to help us. However as it turns out, Land Rover isnt interested in single unfortunate incidents. Even with the fact that we have been loyal to Land Rover, we were not considered a viable enough asset to the company to be considered for relief. Were now moving on to ******** **** for our next purchase.***************Review fromAmi J

1 starPoor quality expensive garbage. Bought a 2014 LR4 custom at the time. Maintained more than regularly. Always spotless, proud of my truck. About 2 months ago, without warning (no check engine light, no any dashboard lights)The truck stopped running. Just stopped. Had it looked at by landrover which COVERS NOTHING. Paid **** to pull of valve covers etc.. it was THE TIMING CHAIN. They wanted $20,000 for a new engine. Ultimately the truck I paid $80,000 for I got $2,500 from a service manager to fix and be able to hand down to his kids. Sad I wasnt able to do the same. SAVE YOURSELF A FORTUNE AND GO WITH A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP.Review fromCarissa S

1 starAbsolutely love my dealership, but JLR North America and related services have been unhelpful. I was stopped behind a semi when my brakes suddenly released and I rolled into it, damaging the front of the car. I pressed the *** button and did not receive a response for approximately 45 minutes. I called roadside assistance and they were unable to arrange a tow. Upon the advice of the town sheriff, I limped the car home with my hand on the emergency brake. The car was then towed to the dealership, who were unable to pull any historical braking information from the car. They updated the *** module, which was covered under warranty, but would not repair the body damage, as JLR would not cover the body repairs since the problem couldn't be replicated. JLR has also refused to address the failure of their roadside service. They have advised me to file an insurance claim and have the insurance company talk to them instead of taking responsibility and repairing the car. THEY can't confirm what happened because THEY can't pull the data and THEY can't recreate the problem. None of these failures were my fault on a warrantied vehicle, yet I'm still stuck with the repairs.Review fromMarissa C

1 starMy husband just left *********** ** dealership after our first experience getting his car service and I have to say not happy. When we purchased the car we bought a tire and rim package from *** in their finance department. He tried to upsell us numerous warranty packages I was not interested, he then mentioned a tire and rim package that covered my husbands black rims if they got scratched. I specifically told *** my husband is drawn to curbs and pot holes will this cover the scratches he said yes and the tires I said sign me up if it covers the scratches. He assured me it would now we bring the car in to find out he did not sell us a package to cover the scratches and we had to cover the costs . Im livid, I was 100-% lied to by this dealership!!! I would have NEVER bought this package and if it didnt cover scratches. I will be sure to tell everyone I know this is a dishonest company and Im in sales so I know a lot of people! Very unhappy how this was handled. Stating we cant honor what they said to you !Review fromMatthew J

1 starMost definitely do not recommend anyone purchase a Jaguar or land Rover. They are a substandard product and company. They have awful customer service and their dealer network is a joke. We had our car serviced and it was there for days and days and it was returned to us dirty after they make special notes on the invoice that they washed and detailed it. It was awful. Either the dealership that serviced it or the towing company that transported it stole some valuable items from the vehicle. The dealership denied taking them and the tow company was very sketchy and when I contacted the *** north America they said there was nothing they could do, that they are limited in how dealerships operate. Instead of making it right, we will be selling the vehicle because it was never properly fixed and we will NEVER buy any *** product again as a result of the substandard and incompetence that we were forced to endure. Stupid move on their part, instead of making it right, they lost our business and members of our families as well. We will be sure to tell everyone we know about what kind of company this is and how they treat people. Why would you want to support a brand that only cares about their bottom line? Once you purchase the vehicle, they could care less since they got the money. Do yourselves a favor and don't make the mistake of wasting your money on their products. But elsewhere and don't get stuck in a situation like we did!STAY AWAY FROM ***!!!Review fromMing L

1 star2016 Range Rover Supercharge has engine failure with very low milage. And there is no prior warnings. Once the light is on, engine died already. The company refused offering any financial help, yet ask us to trade in with "not worth a *****" for paying a "full price" new 2023 model. If is a lot of engine failure complaints on BBB, why doesn't the company take it as a safety study for their quality improvement? The company even "refused" for authorized used engine referral because they said they can only offer new engine replacement. Such a high value luxury car, shouldn't have engine failure with less than ******* miles, very irresponsible and unprofessional company who doesn't stand behind their brand.Review fromNikolay M

1 starWhile these are beautiful cars, the inability to get parts makes them undesirable to own. This is month two of my car being in the shop and the collision center said theres still no ETA on parts and it could be months. They also told me they have some land rovers there who have been waiting 6 months for parts! Given what we pay for these cars, this is completely unacceptable. I am making payments on a $100,000 car, yet driving a rental through enterprise for months. The fact that this is even allowed is incredible.
