    This a reproduction part not manufactured correctly have tryed to get resolution to no result, numerous contacts no answer no help

    The customer bought the item in December and contacted us in March. We only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the item is delivered. We have clearly mentioned this on our desricption.

    I have purchased several parts from Kumar ***** All of the parts I have purchased have been incorrect or defective. I have had to file claims with Paypal to get refunds on two parts. They made me pay $100 shipping to return one piece just to receive a refund.

    Both the orders are refunded in full by PayPal. Since the dispute was opened with the financial institution the only way to get the refund was to return the package.

    I ordered a pto shaft for a 8 n **** tractor and they sent the wrong one, the didnt have the correct one and didnt know when they would get one in their inventory, so they sent me a return label to send it back ,which I did ! They said I would get a refund . But I never did, I have texted *** several times and he said. He would take care of the problem! The last time was March 2021. All I want is my refund.
