- They will refund the full purchase price for pen related products returned in new condition in original packaging and received within 30 days of the date of the original order; less the actual cost of shipping and handling on any order that received free shipping. Orders returned for credit may be subject restocking fees depending on the respective manufacturer's return policy. All items must be received in their complete original packaging and in new condition. For Tombow Mono Adhesive refills valued at less than $10, they may elect to credit you for any defective items or apply a credit to a future order.
