      The **************** team has been instructed not to escalate calls to supervisors and to block insurance questions, 24pet watch/pet health ******** forester violated the insurance policy I have with practices that are not legal nor compliant with the insurance policy. 1. 24petwatch combined two separate claims filed by me into 1 claim different dates, VETS 2. 24Petwatch involuntarily converted me to a digital customer although I explicitly stated I do not engage in digital transactions via your Portal or email.3. 24Petwatch sent me an email on one of the claims and I did not get it, so you denied or closed both of them when I did not reply. I learned that you had done that when I called your customer service rep to find out why I hadnt received my check. 4. 24Petwatch refused to escalate my calls to a customer service supervisor.5. I believe its fraudulent activity to combine the claims there by engaging in the right to deny payment on both a valid and what you call an open claim.Previously you would call and all requests for information were handled by mail. 6. I was I told couldnt get an extension. I did not request an extension. I requested payment 7. Displacing This cause as a request for an extension, this place is the appropriate responsibility on me instead of on **** and ********* and *** *********** and 24 pet watch. I have over ****** emails in my inbox and over 425 in the spam folder. After the agent told me you sent me emails I found it in the spam folder. Ive requested my email address be removed from their files so they can never blame me again. Meanwhile they are withholding holding payment on a valid claim for ******* and closing a claim for 658. Based on an invoice question.
