I've been in the trucking business for over 20 years and never had an experience like that. I insured my fleet, and they obviously wanted a deposit. I paid over 60k down, and in the end, they never refunded me. This is a real theft. They simply steal money from the insured. I never saw it back. I hired an attorney to get my money back. NEVER EVER chose this company for General, Auto Liability, Cargo, Workers Comp, Physical Damage, etc. Especially in trucking where they'll ask for thousands of dollars down, you will never see it refunded.

A zero rating. Do not pay claims. I had travel insurance w IMG apparently a *********************** file a clam on 2/22 it was approved then came the road blocks not to pay the claim. Stupidity, ignorance and incompetence run this company. I had to get the ******** Insurance Administration involved I finally received a check in September 2023 20 months after I filed the claim and it was approved.

Paid for travel insurance for my 12 year old daughters field trip. Cancelled trip early enough and filed claim for refund in April. Nobody answers the phone, case not even reviewed. ************ that just takes your money without any accountability. Will be filing a formal claim with the Department of Insurance at *************************

Employers may love Crum & Forster but injured employees covered by worker's compensation surely won't. Crum & Forster won't deny the medical care that you need, because then you could file an appeal with your state's worker's compensation board. They will just ignore your needs indefinitely, despite the nurse from their own company asking for the services. If they don't deny stuff, the injured employee has no means of appeal and just has to wait and do without. A big win for the company!Did you just have surgery, got out of the hospital, and are unable to walk without crutches? Moved into a new apartment where you have no luggage or groceries? Surely you can wait a week to get a home health aide. Just wear the same clothes you came home in for a week and go without food. If you really must eat, there's always Doordash for twice what you would pay if you were able to go to the grocery store. After all, you can surely carry luggage and grocery bags on your crutches up the stairs, right? If not, you're probably just lazy!Oh, and did you need physical therapy? Did the physical therapist hired by Crum & Forster recommend starting outpatient PT immediately? Well, if you just refuse to authorize the payment then the patient can't go to PT unless they pay out of pocket. Saving money for the company again...because the injured employee probably isn't rich enough to pay their own way out of pocket. Also, are there drugs prescribed by the surgeon for minor things like life-threatening blood clots? No problem! Hopefully the patient has private health insurance with prescription coverage, because don't expect Crum & Forster to pay for those prescriptions. The patient can surely pay any co-pays out of pocket, even if one of the drugs costs $40 per week. Again, it's only a drug to prevent life-threatening blood clots, so if the patient can't afford it maybe they'll just die and save the company lots of money in future medical bills. You can always hope!In summary, if you
